My experience with Quam Comfort Heating & Cooling was fantastic. Stefan and Cassandra were great to work with—from setting up the estimate to walking me through it in detail, they made sure I felt confident and well-informed about my decision to replace my AC unit.

Stefan was always punctual, both for the estimate and throughout the installation process. They were upfront about the potential mess that could come with such a big project, but honestly, aside from having a brand-new AC unit, you wouldn’t even know they had been in the house. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail in their workmanship was impressive.

Amazing service! Stefan & Cassandra make a phenomenal team. Reached out after hours, they checked in on me a few times to see how things were going waiting for home warranty. They were out quickly, had the parts with them & very reasonably priced! Stefan brought me a window unit to start cooling the house while he and his partner worked on the unit.

I CANNOT thank Stefan and Cassandra enough!!! We arrived home late from our toddlers swim class to our AC being broken! Called MULTIPLE 24/7 companies who had no availability until the following afternoon or two days out. We have animals and our 1 year old so trying to tough it out wasn’t realistic. Thankfully Stefan happened to see our post needing help. Called them at 9:30 at night, Cassandra picked up and did not even hesitate to help us. Stefan arrived an hour later all the way to Maricopa on a Thursday evening and had our AC back up and running within 30 minutes. He was friendly, affordable, honest and quick. Our family is grateful to Stefan and Cassandra and have gotten a forever customer moving forward, will recommend them to everyone!!!

Our A/C went out 7pm at night. We tried calling more than 10 A/C repair places that advertised they were open 24/7. None of them came through, except Quam Comfort.

Stefan drove to Maricopa at 10pm to fix our unit. He was extremely kind and courteous. Stefan was able to diagnose and repair our A/C unit in less than 30 minutes.

It may be something you do every day, but you've earned a lifelong customer out of me. We can't thank you enough for the repairs.

Can't thank them enough. My a/c thought August in Arizona was a good time for a vacation.

I sent them a contact through their site at almost midnight on a Saturday and I got a call from them at 6:45 Sunday morning. I was afraid I'd be waiting until Monday just to talk to someone but Stefan was at my house around 7:15 am.

I left messages with two other companies near me. It's now Monday at almost 11:00 am and I haven't heard back from either of them.

Cassandra was great as a first contact and Stefan got the job done quickly even after having to work through my level of information ("I've only lived here four years, how would I know what kind of furnace I have..." as an example). So - excellent service and work, highly recommended! Thanks.

I don't normally leave reviews but if you're like me and hate dealing with AC issues I hope sharing my experience may help put you at ease. My mother's ac just went out the other day and I started to panic. She is elderly and I knew I needed someone fast. Luckily my brother told me to call Stefan because he had done work for him in the past. Stefan came out the same day and was very professional. In addition, he and his wife were absolutely great at communication and super sweet. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE and he gave me several options because I let him know several times I am on a tight budget. Ultimately, I decided to ask him about replacing her unit altogether because it's over 20 years old and I was thoroughly impressed with Stefan. They were amazing and I have no regrets! I will be using Stefan for my future AC needs for my own home and highly recommend him! They are phenomenal and actually take the time to listen to you. Thank you!

I had messaged Stefan Sunday evening and by Monday afternoon had a new unit installed. (Also made sure to bring portable units for Sunday night to make the house bearable) . It was the most efficient and incredible service ever. His wife was so helpful with all of the paperwork and financing and they had an awesome team day of install. I am so so impressed.

Highly recommend! contacted Stefan and Cassandra on a Saturday to inquire about vacuuming and charging my new mini split unit that I installed. They explained to me they would do more than that and make sure everything was perfect and the price seemed fair and they scheduled me for the following day. They answered my call after 7p on a SUNDAY, and came the very next morning to check my unit. They refused to push unnecessary tests to save us money, and were extremely personable and informative. I absolutely trust them (which is hard to find these days)! So we will be using them going forward.

Stefan is great! On-time, returns calls right away, picks up the phone at 9:30 p.m., even if he’s ready for bed, 😴 showed me the part he replaced, and what was wrong and, fixed it for a fair price! Quam Comfort is the BEST! They came out over the weekend on short notice because our air went out. They had to order a part - and left us with complimentary floor units to keep us cool while we waited. They got the part quickly and installed It the same day. Much appreciated and highly recommend.
