Our AC unit quit working on sSaturday and on short notice New Age was able to get out and fix our system. Profesional and freindly and very reasonable. Will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

Long story kinda short… we’ve had 3 other AC companies come maintenance our AC’s over the past year which all did the bear minimum to get paid, but never really fixed our cooling issues. We finally had one AC completely go out. When Mason the owner came out to give us a diagnosis and quote he also noticed our other AC was struggling. He provided us with immediate relief for that AC same day, and was quickly back out to replace our other one.

I looked online at HVAC businesses and called to set up appointments for an estimate.  Either they didn’t show up or you waited for hours for someone to come, but the biggest shocker of all - their prices were outrageous!  At that point I really didn’t know what I was going to do, but thank goodness I made one more call to Mason the owner of New Age Hvac, LLC.  I told him my situation so we set up a date/time for him to come to my home.
Mason arrived on time and I felt at ease talking with him. He definitely is an expert in his field. And, when I received his estimate I knew I had called the right person because the price was reasonable.
Mason is not only conscientious and reliable, but he works until the job is completed and the system is working correctly!

We were looking for a small business to do business with and found Mason, owner operator of New Age HVAC. He came out to see if he could fix the issue we were having with our swim spas cooler and had never done one before but said hey, I'll give it shot. Guess what? He came back a few days later with the supplies as it was a unique job and got it done at a very fair price! Then a couple weeks later we had an AC issue for our home, we called him up and he came right over and diagnosed the issue, fixed it and even did the leg work to get the manufacturer to reimburse some of the cost. Asked new age hvac to look into an issue I was having with my ac unit. Using new age was based upon them having installed mini splits in the neighbors garage and seeing the quality of their work. They diagnosed my issue very quickly and advised me how to permanently rectify it. Superior knowledge, professionalism and friendliness!

I don't know where to begin with how amazing this company is! We just recently moved to Arizona and as a Washingtonian we are not familiar with AC. Once we moved in to our new home one of our air conditioner stopped working. We reached out to our home warranty and after a couple of weeks of back and forth they refused to cover it. Emergencies never happen at convenient times! Sure enough in the early morning hours of Sunday, our air conditioning quit; a quick email asking for help was answered with a call a few minutes later. 45 minutes Stefan was at the door, two hours later we are cool again.
