This company is the whole package! They were timely, honest, reliable, did good work and were thorough. I couldn't ask for more. Red Zone C/H was JUST what I needed to keep calm. My questions were completely answered. I did not feel like I was a bother at all, which is so nice when you're already having a certain kind of day. I would and will recommend this company/staff 100 times over!

When our A/C stopped working in the middle of the night, I called Red Zone. They were at my house within the hour! They have reasonable prices and they do a great job! I will never use anyone else when I'm having issues with my A/C and use them every year to get my system checked out before summer hits. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful service all around. From the initial call to the service in full. The best part was no up selling and simple answers to my questions. They made replacing my ac unit easy fast and painless. After the initial diagnostic I had cold air the next day fully installed new unit. Would give more stars if I could. Will continue to use their services and recommend them as much as I can.

Red Zone came out and gave me a second opinion. What was going to cost me over $5K for a new unit, ended up just being my thermostat- a $60 fix. They came out very quickly and on time. Great experience working with Manny and Kim to get a new AC unit installed. Finding a new unit during these supply issues was the biggest issue but they kept me informed all along the way. Installation went smooth and system is running great!

In Arizona where having a trusted HVAC company you can call is so important, we have finally found one!! Redzone and Kim were so up front and honest with us about what we needed to get our AC up and running for this last little hot stretch. They gave us options and did quality work the same day! Red Zone saved me thousands of dollars and possibly 2 weeks of sweating in my home in 110 deg heat, when they saw my post on Go Gilbert. Thank God I posted to the community board on Facebook.
My AC went down on July 2 late pm and I called a contractor. The young tech said I needed a new ECM blower motor. The company called me the next day and said my motor would cost me $4k and had to be shipped from Florida. They recommended an entire new air handler for $8k which they had in stock. Red Zone came out on short notice on July 4 and found that a clogged condensation line was tripping the motor. Clearing out the condensation line fixed the problem! Such an easy fix! I will go to Red Zone for now on to service my AC.

We have a vacation home in Johnson Ranch and have used Red Zone several times over the last year. We needed urgent service when the AC went out 3 times and Manny arrived for service the same day. He installed a new unit in August and recently came out quickly to repair a loose wire. It is great to have a reliable company since we are out of the country for most of the year.

Kim and Manny were outstanding throughout the entire process in replacing our very tired and broken down A/C unit.
