A/C went out in the evening and the property management company scrambled to get service ASAP. Zephyr took the job, called me direct and came out within 90 min. 60 min later the A/C was fixed, house cooling off and the service, professionalism and approach demonstrated by the team was 5 star. Our AC went out on Wednesday in Arizona 🥵 These guys arrived promptly at 9:00 AM Thursday morning! In and out in less than an hour! Professional and very polite gentlemen who explained to us each step of the way what they were doing. I wish I could give 10 stars. This is a local, family-owned business with excellent customer service and extremely reasonable prices. They were on-time, professional, and thoroughly explained the problem and all of the options. You can tell the owners really know their stuff! I found Zephyr through a friend referral and I will be referring them to all of my friends and family.

My AC was cycling on and off and then decided it wasn’t going to run the fan. Called Zephyr and Phill made service call immediately and quickly diagnosed the problem as a failing capacitor. He had the part available on his van and had me up and running quickly and at a fair price. Zephyr will be my regular HVAC team moving forward. Highly recommend!

We’ve been having odd AC issues in the house with hot and cold rooms but Phil came by and did his best to take a look! He checked every possibility and ended up finding some insulation covering half of the coils within the AC unit itself. Instant degree drop happened and we’re hoping for the best regarding air flow. Zephyr was a referral from a friend, so I called. They were quick with the estimate which was very reasonable. Once they got approval the install went quickly and smoothly. Comments of very good customer service is the real reason I chose them for an estimate and I have not been disappointed. Systems are systems but good customer service at a fair price makes the difference.
