The team at Zephyr are awesome. In a time where you can’t always trust folks with your service needs, these folks stand out. We recently had a new heat pump installed and that only took a few hours. There was an issue with the new unit and within a couple of days, Phil contacted us to advise that the unit needed to be changed out when he could have left it as is. A replacement unit was supplied and installed a second time within a couple of days. There were no additional charges and there was a cheerfully refunded difference in price! By reaching out regarding the issue and before we had to ask, being friendly, honest and reliable Phil and Shea earned a better than 5 star review. (If we could rate them higher we would!)

Shea came out and installed two soft start kits on my a/c units. They had a great price and he did a great job. I'm so glad I called and hired and smaller company. The price was better and the service was better. He will now be my go-to a/c guy!

I’m house and dog sitting for a family where the AC unit stopped working. It was pretty miserable for a few days. It became an SOS situation. The home owners got in touch with Zephyr and they arranged to meet me in half an hour. He was in and out in 30 minutes. He worked around my schedule even when he was busy and he was efficient and kind. The home is much more comfortable for me and the dogs.

We have two units in our home , we ended up having issues with one when I got off work today I called ZEPHYR and they came out shortly after the phone call . Shea was prompt on time communicated and solved our issue with his expertise at an affordable price . If I need anything related to A/C , this is who my family is calling. Highly recommend! Shea was prompt and efficient! My AC unit outside was running but there was no airflow inside the house. I turned off the unit and contacted my property manager. Shea called within the hour and was at my house 30 minutes later. I took him to the thermostat and he turned it back on… what do you know, the airflow started pulling and nice cold air came out of the vents, which it had formerly not been doing. Shea said there had to be a reason it shut down and he went to work. Ultimately there was a clog in a line up in the attic where it’s 200°, Shea replaced the line and told me the how’s and why it happened. He also explained that the filter thickness may have been restricting the airflow and causing things to freeze. He gave me all the readouts and showed me where the condensation pipes were and what to look for in the future. He was so helpful and thorough.

This company is top notch! Highly recommend!!! My air conditioner quit on me sometime in the middle of the night. By the time i woke up the house was 82 degrees! And climbing!! My 87 year old mother lives with me and recently released from the hospital so i could not risk the heat affecting her. I called Zephyr and Shea the technician was at my home ready to help and get our cool air back on. He was kind, professional and on time!! He did such a thorough job. I can’t thank him enough!! Don’t think twice this is the best of the best! Thank you again Zephyr and Shea for such quick response and helping us out !!! Forever grateful!!

Shea Nicholson, came by to fix my ac. It was not blowing cold air. He came by and diagnosed my ac unit, figure out the issue and fixed it the same day. He's a really nice person as well. Im very satisfied with the service and great customer service was provided.
