We had two techs out who both said our unit needed replacing but that they couldn’t do the work based upon our setup. Then Garrett with My Guy showed up and not only was he able to confirm what the other techs had mentioned but was also able to actually help solve our problems. He took care of ordering the new unit, rented the crane, and even brought on some extra help for the day to make sure it was done right. We had a few hiccups with the new unit once installed but again, Garrett was promptly back on sight making sure everything worked properly. When integrity meets ingenuity, you’ve got My Guy Cooling Heating in a nutshell! Came through with not only the most adequate, but the lowest quote from the jump (instead of having to deal with the outrageous additional search and up charges, just to get them down to a fair price). Ontop of all of that he didn’t charge a single penny more the extras he did like cleaning out coils and such, just did the job he came to do and did it right so that my whole system is back up running, and running proficiently well! Couldn’t recommend them more than just saying, don’t waste your time anywhere else, whether local or valley wide, My Guy will keep you home just right inside!

Garrett is great! Very knowledgeable, explained how my ac worked and what the issue was. He replaced my capacitor and added coolant to my unit. He was very efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend
