Very professional, totally honest and upfront, felt very comfortable with his evaluation on what was wrong with my unit, highly recommend using Tommy for service. He replaced my whole ac unit that was 20 years old and was no longer working, he was very through with his explanation of how things work, I felt entirely comfortable through the whole process.

My AC system went out on a weekend. Thomas gave a quick quote and installed the new system on Monday itself. It was fast turnaround and well priced. The technician came on time and they did a very good job. Definitely recommend.

We had our units shut down over the summer and we’re told about this company, we first spoke to Kelsey on the phone who promptly scheduled us and even more than that actually came to our house for the appointment as well as Tommy, both were very knowledgeable and even more so Kelsey does very well with communication before and even after the appointment. It’s good to know that we are cared for as customers even after the payment goes through!

This is an awesome company, first worked with them about 2 years ago, AC went down, they came out, and it was a simple part that needed fixed! Did not try to upsell us, but did warn is our unit was close to its life span. Two years later guess what! Unit goes out on Christmas eve, when we had company. Tom came over with in an hour, got it running again, but warned us we need to replace it. Just got the new unit installed, the team came out, did a great job! No no sign that they where there, and called the next day to make sure everything went well! Would recommend 10/10

My mom’s A/C unit went out and no one could get there for 4 days! It was 110°! One call and First Opinion was on it! They found the part, picked it up and had it going by 1pm! What lifesavers and from now on will be my first and only call!! Thanks so much!!

First Opinion HVAC was the third company we called to come look at our unit to quote a repair and/or replacement. Tommy was great, he explained everything to us in detail. After attempting a repair we decided to just replace the unit. They gave us the best price and Tommy came himself to do the install and did a great job. Will be using them again!

Tom was right on time and checked out our entire system. Only issue was a worn out thermostat which I attempted to replace. Tom came back for free and corrected my error and my system works great. I signed up for a monthly plan without hesitation. Thank you for the tremendous customer service!

They not only came at short notice, Tom sat down with me, took his time and explained in a way that I could understand all my options. He gave recommendations, yet also was honest on what I could do to keep my unit running. They stayed in contact with me and followed through. I will continue to use them in the future for any upkeep or improvements needed. 10 out of 10!

Due to having my garage turned into an extra room. it was forcing my central air condition unit to work overtime, so it was recommended that I get a mini split for that area. First Opinion HVAC technician Thomas came out and installed the mini split. He was on time, professional, Knowledgeable about his craft, and very thorough even making sure that the electrical part that I had installed for the unit was right which he found that he needed to tweak it a bit. I am really happy that everything worked out and now my whole house is evenly cooled because of this unit. I highly recommend this company not only for my family and friends, but for anyone who is looking for an HVAC service.

Thomas always spells out everything in plain language. Same with options and prices. The work has always been better than satisfactory, as our house is much more comfortable following First Opinion's repairs and alterations.

The service I received today was excellent!!! I most definitely recommend them! For having to deal with ac issues for the first time & not knowing anything about it, Thomas helped us and showed us what the issue was. He was truthful and honest and that’s what i appreciate because it’s hard to trust anyone and not get ripped off. He explained the ways to save my ac bill and how to get the air flowing better! But mostly what I loved was Thomas’s wife Kelsey helped me fast! She got me appointments asap and received service the same day! She is such a blessing!

I reached out on our local community Facebook page for help with my Condensor. I immediately received a response telling me that I could have someone at my house the same day for a free visit. Thomas showed up and diagnosed my issue. He fixed a wire antold me that the issue was manageable to take care of by myself the homeowner. Who does that? First Opinion did. I was able to fix my issue and not drop a ton of money. I will tell you that these folks will be my go to in the future because they were interested in building trust and creating relationships. After I had my A/C installed and paid. Tom and his wife have stopped answering my calls and text. I am trying to get a rebate on my A/C and having been trying to get ahold of them for weeks. Plus, srp has been trying to get ahold of them, to no avail. Once you have paid, they ghost you. This is the 2nd time this has happened. You have to harass them to call you back. Very unprofessional. They maybe cheaper at first and helpful, but once you have paid and you need help, good luck.

I reached out via the Thumbtack app after reading great reviews and was contacted back by technician Thomas. He was very quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Once onsite, he was able to diagnose the issue and provided exceptional service. The pricing was very customer friendly. I would absolutely recommend and will be using their services again in the future myself.
