Scheduled my first visit with them for an inspection in tuned up. Time was scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon. By 12:05 no one shows up I call Kelsey says oh the tech is running late. Well you think communication should be important to your customers.? Then the tech shows up at 12:30 I tell him I canceled with Kelsey he proceeds to ask if I want to reschedule? I say why would I waste another 2 hours with a company that cannot communicate and show up on time

Thomas was excellent to work with, provided us with a clean install and was very efficient with time and cost. Would highly recommend.

Thomas came the day we called him as our heating system stopped working. He came when he said he would and quickly figured out the problem. He was very clear about what our options were, working through each one with us. As it was late in the day, he couldn’t get the parts needed that evening, but came back the next morning and fixed he problem. He was reasonable and reliable and I would recommend him highly to all. Very happy with this company. After getting a very high estimate from Goettl I went to First Opinion for an estimate. They ended up installing a new package unit up on my roof. On time, explained everything, and was professional. That night I ended up not having heat in my house and couldn't figure out why (turned out to just be my thermostat) and so the next morning I contacted Thomas and he was out the next morning and got everything working properly. I would recommend them to anyone.
Also, I did my research and read all the reviews beforehand and let me just say this. Most of the 1 stars are customers of Choice Home Warranty. I can tell you first hand that Choice is awful at communicating anything and tries to rip off all the contractors they hire. So most of those reviews choice home warranty is probably the one to blame rather than First Opinion HVAC.

Jake was a great tech and responded to our texts in the evening about a broken AC Unit. He was able to get it fixed the next morning! He explained everything thoroughly and took pics of the job. I would recommend First Opinion HVAC.

This small family owned business really cared about my situation and went above and beyond to help me ASAP. Cost was excellent, install workmanship is perfection. Never did they try to oversell or sell me something I didn't need. Highly recommend for any AC repair

Loved them! The specialist helped me find which unit was best for my home without breaking my wallet. They were really nice, professional, and had great communication! I did not feel pressured in buying anything I didn’t need and they were honest and upfront. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

They havent come and done the work yet at this moment but they’ve been so great for us. We had Desert Suns Heating and Cooling origianlly set to come out and replace our AC unit. Due to them being lazy and uncooperative they decided to cancel last minute on me. In comes First Opinion got me set up for less money and a 1 day turn around to make sure we get taken care of!

Thomas performed his task effectively and efficiently, which was not a conventional install on an aging unit. Very reasonable price. Will use again.

Jake and his team did an excellent and thorough job of installing our new A.C. unit and repairing the second unit. He was kind, patient and explained everything to me in detail. We are very satisfied with the price and professional service that they gave us. And they cleaned up their mess too, which isn't always done by other service people. We give them 5 stars!

Great family company. Our AC went out on a Thursday night and they were quick to respond that night to schedule appointment the following day. They did try to repair our AC but it was over 15 years old and after some trouble shooting, we decided to just go with a new one. The same tech who came the first day was present through the whole install. Great customer service!

What a relief to find a locally owned company, with such great values! We were really impressed with Jake! He wasn't just a salesman he came over on time took great care and time going over the entire system, giving us different options with no pressure to buy. He was polite and professional but it didn't stop there after our decision he stayed in contact, and he was the main installer everything went so smoothly thank you so much!

Jake was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and very professional in installing a new dryer vent in our new home in Arizona. He answered all of our questions and did an excellent job with the new dryer vent. He even sent us photo documentation of each step in his project. We couldn't have asked for more. I found this family run company after checking Google reviews. I contacted them on their website at about 1:00 and a technician arrived before 3:00. Jake was the technician and his service was superb. He was very friendly and professional and explained the diagnosis and repair options in simple, clear language. The repair to my A/C unit was efficient and effective and it was a relief to have heat again after a chilly night. The pricing for the excellent service repair was honest and fair. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family and I won’t hesitate to use them again next time.
