Our guys were fantastic! They were efficient and the most courteous installers we've ever had. Despite the manufacturer sending the wrong remotes for our new mini split, they showed incredible resourcefulness and got the right one within a day. This company is professional, resourceful, and employs kind people.

Absolutely would recommend this company, we came home to our AC unit blowing out hot air on a Saturday. They responded quickly and showed up in an hours time. Mr. Jeramie Moore had our AC unit fixed quickly and we had cool air within less than 45 minutes. Definitely will be referring this company every time.

It's always a positive experience when you need an important piece of equipment repaired properly. My AC wasn't working properly...I had never done business with Air Repair, Inc before, so after a Google search, I decided to give them a call.

Jeramie and his assistant (sorry, I don't recall her name), arrived early for my appointment time...which was very much appreciated, and they went to work right away. within 15 minutes, Jeramie informed me of the AC problem, and had the parts available to fix my AC.

Within another 15 minutes...my AC was working perfectly. The cost of the repair and the diagnostics was very reasonable. Sometimes...the Universe brings us the right people...for the right reasons...at the right time.

Extremely professional, honest & trustworthy with their diagnostics. I have had negative experiences with a couple HVAC companies. The owner of Air Repair, Jeramie, is the only one I know in this field that has a degree in the dynamics of the HVAC systems operations. He found my issue within 30 minutes. I will not use anyone else.

Technician was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what he was measuring and explained possible issues.
Didn’t pressure me to do anything as my units were running within spec.
Just explained of possible hardware maintenance items that may come due.

I have a home warranty that contacted First Opinion for service on my AC Unit. The first appointment was set for 9/30/22 from 7-11 am.Thomas arrived around 2pm (after I called and asked where he was). He checked the system and said that he was submitting the diagnosis. The next appointment was set for 10/6 from 7-11 am by the warranty company. He was a no call no show, so I called and he said that the warranty company didn't notify him about the appointment and that he was in Tuscon, but the warranty company wanted more information and he would be coming by later to put some dye in the the system, and would come back and check it again in a few days. At around 5:20pm he still hadn't showed, so I called and he said he would need to go by his shop to get some extra Freon for when he put the dye in, so I said I understood and we agreed that he would come the next day (10/7) instead. He never showed up or called (again). I tried calling and texting him, but he didn't reply to texts or calls, and both of his contact mailboxes were "full". I seem to have had the same experience some of the other reviewers had with him "ghosting" customers. I really tried to work with him, but to no avail. Luckily I am retired. Had I still been working I would have wasted at least 2 days for nothing. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I’m really disappointed that I have to write this review, because this isn’t something I would normally do.

Tommy and this company were referred to me by an acquaintance because my mini split A/C at my business was being problematic. Tommy came out within a day, gave me a discount on the service since I was a small business owner, repaired it and gave me a 2 year warranty. It was a great experience and I was happy.

1 week ago (approximately 60 days after the initial repair), the mini split started acting up again. I reached out to Tommy and he told me he was just getting over being sick and that his vehicle was being repaired, but he would try to come down later that week. I told him that I would work with his schedule and offered to pay him even if the repair was going to be covered by his warranty. I waited a week but he stopped responding to me and ignored my messages.

As a small business owner this type of thing really hurts my income because I’ve lost time from work and have to pay another company to come out. Hopefully nobody that hires Tommy has the same experience as me, but I just had to share mine.

They don't make companies like this anymore, these folks are top notch. Respectful, communicative and understanding. They were able to assist me in resolving my A/C problems quickly and efficiently. I recommend them to all my friends and family. It's hard to find honest reliable HVAC companies in Arizona. They are the real deal.

Used these guys twice. Jacob was my tech, who is very knowledgeable and takes photos of all his work before and after, to demonstrate what he was fixing. He also articulates everything he is doing. A very honest company that doesn't have shady sales tactics and will try to exhaust all options before any major repairs are needed. Staff is also quick to respond.

I reached out early morning because the AC at our home was not cooling. Jake was at our home within an hour and resolved the issue within a couple hours after that. Very easy to work with and excellent communication.

I called to get my ac maintenance and they were able to fit my right in the schedule in a timely fashion. Technician that showed up was on time and professional. Very thorough work with his inspection. Technician went over all points that he found and explained what repairs could be done and the associated costs. No hiding any information. Will be using the company again next time that I need service!

First Opinion should have been exactly that. A different company tried to replace my compressor and charge me almost $4k for it without even fully checking out the system. I got a second opinion from First Opinion and I could not be more thankful. Not only did they save my compressor and save me money but they also updated and cleaned my whole system. The work they did made a very noticeable difference. Also, shout out to Jake who did the work. He was amazing, fast, clean, and a professional who knows his stuff. No need for me to ever look for another AC company as long as I get a First Opinion.
