Air Repair Inc. was recommended to us by our real estate agent. We needed a minor a/c adjustment so we had them come out for the repair. Technician Ryon and his coworker arrived on time and were extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire service call. Ryon explained what the issue was and how he was going to repair it. I’ve never had an a/c company come to my house and not try to sell me every part he has heard of. I would recommend them to anybody looking for repairs or replacement of an a/c unit. I will be using them from now on.

Needed a new system so I got quotes from a few companies. Decided to go with air repair inc after weighing my options and I’m glad I did. I’m really impressed with this company but specifically Ben (install manager) and Jordan (installer). They were on time, took time to explain everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. With installers like Ben and Jordan I would feel confident using this company for all of my cooling and heating needs in the future!

Ryon showed up earlier than appt. time, thank goodness, & was extremely helpful in talking to us about our a.c. unit that was leaking. We ended up
purchasing a brand new a.c. unit & he was very considerate in trying to get us the best price possible . I highly recommend their services.

I don't write a ton of reviews but I had to in this case because of their excellent service. I can't say better things about this company and the owner. They came out right away on the weekend and were very honest about what was going on. Our compressor went bad and he had the unit completely replaced before the other company I called could even come out and diagnose it (that company was claiming to be same day). When we had an issue with the other unit, he took care of it immediately. The response time, quality and professionalism of this company is incredible. They were very reasonable and fair and we will definitely use them going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My issue was the gas heater was not coming on when the thermostat said it was running. The service tech restarted the heater manually and told me the blower motor was bad. The tech told me he could replace it today at a cost of $600-$800, or wait until it quit (which was that same day). Since this was Friday evening and they would not answer the phone until Monday morning, I consulted another company. this company replaced a $30 motor run capacitor. my system has been running fine for over two weeks now.
Long story short, I had used this company before with excellent service. I will never use this company again. I feel that I was being targeted as a senior citizen who would not ask any questions. Also, I never received a follow-up call to see if I needed anything.
I feel this company could be "Buyer Beware". It almost seems like this tech was receiving commissions For parts sales since he went straight to the most expensive repair.

We had two other companies look at our AC system prior to Ryon coming out from Air Repair. One company told me I needed to replace the whole system ($8,500), and another said I needed a new air handler ($4950).

Ryon let me know that everything looked “great” except one part, that cost a fraction of the other quotes.

He was not at all pushy or trying to up-sell anything, which was also refreshing.

I will definitely use them again!

Technicians Todd and Ryan were professional, prompt and courteous. Took plenty of time to explain my problem, a very nice touch, and brings plenty piece of mind. Jeramie just finished up with my semiannual check up on my AC system. Found a bad capacitor on my AC unit and replaced. Capacitor was still under warranty. AirRepair installed my AC unit in 2019 and has been doing a good job keeping my system working properly since.

I have used other services and "thought" they were doing their jobs ! Until, I hired Air repair Inc! Kalem informed me on issues that I had no clue about and took many pictures to give me accurate information. Other companies have not impressed me as much as them. If I could give more stars than a 5 , I would!
