My A/C went out on Fourth of July of all days, Anthony came within 20 minutes of calling him. He very quickly fixed my A/C within 20 minutes. Professional and was respectful of property. Would recommend him to anyone in the valley.

I inquired about having my AC unit relocated from my backyard to my side-yard and I am so glad I did! If you have a home warranty and have AC issues- CANCEL IT! We had enough of the bandaids and headache and we found Anthony. He came out (within 24 hours) and explained to us perfectly what is wrong with the units and what we needed to make it survive. Long story short we ended up getting two new units. Anthony is the service professional you wish you had in every (auto, appliance, handyman etc.) industry. He was very reasonable, showed up early and communicated very well. I had a few questions about what he did (as I am a pretty good diy’er) and he answered very thoroughly and explained in a way that I could understand. My ac wasn’t keeping up and he made some extra little adjustments that easily could’ve been another line on the invoice but didn’t. He’ll be my HVAC guy as long as I’m in the east valley! I hope he can train some guys as good as him because his company and reputation will continue to grow.

He is responsive, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that our AC was fixed, but also to ensure that nothing else he could see would malfunction in the near future. Anthony came out to fix our air conditioner when it stopped working this weekend! He let us know what was wrong that needed to be fixed that day but also let us know that we needed to look at getting a few things fixed in the near future just for our information. He did not try to convince and pressure my husband of it needing to be done that day like so many other technicians do. Anthony did such an amazing and professional job not only did he show up promptly exactly when he said he was going to but he made it a point to come out as soon as he could which was within about 24 hours and he solved my problem for amazing price And save me two new AC units I would highly recommend !!!

Anthony came out to repair my AC in a very timely manner. He quickly diagnosed, repaired, and inspected the AC system. It was an all around very professional experience. He seems very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend and use again for future AC needs.

Anthony was out to do a Spring Check up on my A/C before the HOT weather comes.
Anthony was very knowledgeable, honest and very informative. He shared a lot of good information about my A/C and things to do and be on the lookout for since I have an older system.
He even took some extra time in the attic to inspect my furnace and make sure it was in working order.
I will definitely have Proficient Mechanical out every year to inspect my A/C.

OMG! If there was a thousand star review, Proficient would get it from me! Anthony, came out to install a new AC on my home & I don't even know where to begin with the praise! He was so professional & went above & beyond to finish the job! He came out on the 4th of July, when every business usually closes (including my business), but it would be easier for his men to work when my business wasn't running. He came out to accommodate my business hours. I so appreciate that. Then they worked quickly but Proficiently! They cleaned up after themselves. Lastly, the price was so amazingly reasonable that I asked a couple of times did that include everything? I can not say enough about Anthony & his company! What I will say for certain is, he has a customer for life in me! Thank you Proficient Mechanical!

I called Anthony to set up an appointment for the next week. He had same day availability, so I booked him for that day. He messaged me when he was on his way, and came earlier than anticipated. We had a great experience with Anthony owner of the business. He was right on time and willing to answer all of our questions. He did a very thorough job explaining what was done. Anthony is awesome! My air handler has had issues for several seasons due to a really janky set-up thanks to whoever built my home. I've had several other AC repairmen work on it, but the problem was never fixed. Anthony came in and evaluated it, then went to work. I am confident the problem is fixed now because he addressed the root of the problem and didn't just slap a band-aid on it. Anthony is a true professional.
