I recently had the pleasure Air Repair service from a highly skilled technician (Junior) who not only displayed an impressive level of knowledge but also exhibited exceptional friendliness throughout the entire process. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of outstanding.

The first step in this seamless journey was scheduling an appointment for my AC service. The company's customer support team promptly assisted me over the phone and accommodated my preferred time slot without any hassle or delay. Their professionalism set a positive tone right from the beginning.

On the scheduled day, I eagerly awaited their arrival at my residence. To my delight, Junior the technician assigned to handle our request arrived on time as promised. They were neatly dressed in professional attire which immediately conveyed their commitment towards providing top-notch services.

From our very first interaction until completion of work, Junior maintained excellent communication skills that made it easy for us to understand every aspect related to servicing our air conditioning unit effectively.

Ryon from Air Repair came out same day. We got a call leong is know he was 10mins out. This was NOT a sales call this was a professional services call. We are from the PNW and know nothing about AC. He could have said everything was broken and we would not have known any better. Ryon explained everything possible in terms we understood. Looked in our attic, explained everything. Never once did we feel like he was selling us on anything, nothing but truth. He gave us numbers and estimate on the life of things as best he could. He took it a step further and even looked at our water softener setup, explained his solar experience. Just a fantastic service call, he built the trust and with that trust we bought into a service plan, not at all because we felt pressure because we felt like we could trust in Air Repair. Had my downstairs AC unit go out, this afternoon. Had 50 people coming for a party..Called Air Repair and Larry answered. He was awesome and sent out a tech (Harris) who was at my house in 2 hours! Harris was great and had us up an running within 30 minutes! Great price and very professional! I highly suggest using Air Repair!

Called up Jeramie and told him my issue. He said he had techs in the area and would have them stop by. No more than an hour later they were there and I had a quote for a new unit. And was scheduled for the next day! They also knew we didn’t have any air in the heat and offered us a portable cooler to help keep us cool throughout the night! Ryan and Ben were there and installed everything perfectly and explained everything to me! Cleaned up and had everything back to the way it was before!Great group of guys he has! Great pricing, and even has financing available!

Ryon and Todd came out to my home to give me an estimate and repairs were needed. They came explained everything in detail to me prior to do any work. They were exceptional!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They don't charge and arm and a leg like some other companies. Would highly recommend using them. If I ever need repairs again they will be my first call!!

Before I called Air Repair, I did some research on the internet and was very surprised when I reviewed their recommendation profile. They have 58 recommendation reviews and of the 58 reviews - 57 were a "5" rating and only 1 was a "1" rating. I had never seen this on any previous company's ratings before. So, I called their office and man am I glad that I did! First off, when I called their office I was greeted by a very positive and friendly woman by the name of Jamie, who expressed genuine concern for my situation and guaranteed me that I would receive a call from the repair tech shortly which would be followed up quickly with an on site visit that day. I have heard that story before from so many companies and you never hear from them until you call them back - that was not the case with Jeramie Moore. He called me back quickly and was to my house within 2 hours of my initial call! Jeramie was friendly, professional and knew his business very well. He quickly diagnosed our system and found that the only problem was with a low refrigerant charge in one of the units. He had us up and going that night and the amount that he charged us was very reasonable. One of the things that really impressed me is that he did not try to sell us a brand new system or make the bill as large as possible. He was very fair and honest in my opinion. I recommend Jeramie and his company wholeheartedly!

Jeramie and his crew from Air Repair, Inc were absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend using them for your a/c needs. They installed a whole new system for me and were very professional, extremely quick, easy to communicate with, and very well priced! Air Repair installed the new HVAC system for me several years ago. I was very happy with the quality of their service, their pricing and their follow up after the sale. The technician that came out today did an absolutely fabulous job on my seasonal inspection and cleaning my outside AC unit.

I just replaced my aging HVAC system with a new Trane system from Air Repair.
The folks there were prompt and provided a very fair quote.
When it came time to install, Johnny and Antonio did the job in a day and everything looks and works wonderfully!
To maintain this inmportant investment, I will continue to use their semi-annual service program.

I normally do not write reviews but Air Repair n staff did an outstanding job. From making the appt with Jeanne, Jeramie coming out giving me an estimate n caring for my needs to Bradford and Clayton being professional, prompt, courtesy and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up and they even laid down floor covering so they wouldn’t mess up my carpet. I got a follow up call to see how I like my unit, who does that anymore…. I love my new unit, it’s so quiet and cool. Thank you Air Repair for a great job.

Our AC stopped working today and the house was hot. I called a couple places and they couldn’t come until tomorrow. The. I called Air Repair and the woman on the phone was amazing and told me should would send someone out right now.

AC went out Saturday morning, I called a few companies, got vm. I received a call back within minutes from Jeremy, the owner of Air Repair, Inc. He was able to come out within a few hours. I knew our AC was at the end of it's life, after speaking to Jeremy, I felt very confident going with him for the new unit/ install. New unit installed first thing Monday morning! Wow!!! Great Trane unit, very nice and quiet, works amazing!
