Anthony took my urgent call for “AC broken” at 6:15pm. He was at my house within 20 minutes of phone call to audit the issue. Anthony went above and beyond resolving my AC issue. There were multiple freon leaks within coils where Anthony removed and replaced all parts and freon. He was there until 11pm ensuring my home AC was back up and running. I’ve never seen another company provide above-and-beyond service like Proficient Mechanical LLC. I greatly appreciate them calling to action immediately.

What a wonderful experience in such a stressful time. Anthony was professional, honest, and kind. He really helped me and my kids. Not only was he informative about what was happening with my air conditioner, but he gave me hope that it would be repaired in a timely manner. And it was! I will only be trusting Proficient Mechanical with my air/heating issues from now on!

Proficient Mechanical is fantastic, I used this company to care for my A/C when it broke. Without the care and service I received I wouldn’t have been able to live in the house. I contacted 4 places and Anthony from Proficient Mechanic was the only one that got back to me on the 4th of July evening. My air started blowing warm air earlier that afternoon and showed up within 30 minutes from the time I contacted him and had my unit up & running within less than an hour. Friendly, professional & local business, quick, down to the point, affordable, and best of all; no gimmicks or salesperson shenanigans! Anthony did an excellent job. He reached out right away after I submitted a contact request on the website. He was able to make it out the next morning to fix my AC unit.

Wanted to take some time and thank Anthony for repairing our heating system. I called Proficient Mechanical a couple Fridays ago and explained our heating issue. My wife was especially grateful he was able to fit us in same day. He came, diagnosed, did the repair and cleaned up all in a very timely and costly manner. While waiting to check for full heating operation he also spent some time explaining our 2 zone system as this was our first time having one. We found him easy to work with, professional, down to earth and wasn't interested in the "pushing of product" we have experienced from others. It's always great to find honest and knowledgeable people in the trades. Everything is still working great and we would be more than willing to recommend his services to anyone. Anthony has serviced our A/C and heating systems for several years now. He is terrific - knowledgeable, thorough, professional. He communicates well and does not try to sell you things you do not need, unlike many companies out there. We always appreciate that he is on time and careful in his work. Once he noticed a thermostat that was not responsive to "touch setting", as it is supposed to be. So he replaced it before we experienced serious problems with it. Highly recommend him!

Anthony was awesome! He diagnosed an ongoing problem with my heater that the other company was unable to find. Fixed it same day and even did extra maintenance on my heater and AC. UPDATE: 7-6-24, Our A/C was struggling so night and the house was 82 and I Contacted Them at 6 a.m. and byn7 a.m. the A/C was back to working well. We had a new filter system installed to help deal with dust and allergens. Absolutely love it. Could tell a difference right away. The service was prompt, professional (cleaned up very well after the project) and a good value. I also felt like he was honest and I like people who act with integrity.

While I was out of town, my AC broke down with guests in the house. Anthony gave a fair quote, replaced the system within two days, and didn’t pressure me into any specific unit. He patiently answered all my questions and let me choose what worked best.
