To expand a bit further we were assigned this company from our warranty company after the first person they sent over did not do their job correctly. Garrett showed up listened to what I had to say and ensured to do a proper check on my system. Without Garrett I would have spent over $700 on a cleaning service that would not have solved my issue and been out that money. Garrett was able to provide the correct repairs to my warranty and within days the warranty company was willing to fix the parts they had previously agreed to fix in our agreement. Garrett was the only bright spot in a tough battle with my warranty company. My family cannot thank him enough for doing a fair and proper job.

Great service! Very knowledgable and came out right away. Garrett had my AC back up in less than 30 minutes and answered all my questions. I couldn't recommend My Guy Cooling and Heating enough! I never leave Google reviews but wanted to in this case because I was so satisfied. Garrett turned what I was afraid would be a nightmare situation, into a straight forward, problem identifying and solution implementing, experience. This is how business should be conducted.

I work out of the QTC office in the same building where Garrett and the My Guy Cooling and Heating team just installed two brand-new rooftop HVAC units, and I was blown away by their professionalism and speed.

From the moment they arrived, everything ran like clockwork. The install was fast—two massive commercial units lifted by crane and fully installed in just a few hours. On top of that, they diagnosed and repaired an issue with a third unit’s fan motor all during the same visit.

What stood out most to me was their communication and follow-through. Garrett made sure everyone was informed and comfortable throughout the process. He even took the time to explain everything in a clear and honest way, which is rare in this industry.

My AC unit went out mid week on 115° day. I wanted to keep the company local. I googled AC repair services in San Tan Valley. And came across My Guy cooling and heating. they responded within 24 hours and Garrett the owner, sent out Hershey and Jose. The resolution to my problem became a little more complicated after the assessment. Garrett responded with one phone call from Hershey and visited my residence to offer his expertise and resolution.. They didn’t have the item needed to fix my AC that day so I was provided a portable unit for overnight use. Garrett and the team were promptly at my house the next morning at 9 AM. To fix my issue. They were fair, transparent, accommodating and honest! Great company and I would use again!

My guy is just the best. They go beyond with their service. Our condo needed a whole new system that was not easy to do, we had some hiccups with parts but My Guy was on top of it all the way . Showed up even after hours, called manufacturers, was upfront and helped out to keep my ac system running in July , till the parts came.

My Guy is a great company to do business with! I had a same day service call (on a weekend!) with Hershey, who did a phenomenal job repairing my air conditioning unit. He was pleasant, timely, and was very knowledgeable about what to expect with an older unit. He did a great job getting my air conditioner up and running again. I would definitely recommend them if you need any help with your air conditioner.

I’ve worked with Garrett and the My Guy Cooling & Heating team a few times now, most recently to install two new WiFi thermostats, which Garrett even helped me pick out. Every time, they’ve been reliable, straightforward, and great to work with. Garrett is a stand-up guy who takes care of his customers and makes sure the job gets done right. It’s clear he values doing good business, and that’s why I keep calling him back. Highly recommend.

We wanted to go with a local company and we are so thankful we found and chose My Guy. I called them at 6pm after my ac started acting up and of course in the middle of summer they were full of appointments that day but they so kindly offered to come out as late as 10pm to squeeze us in if it was urgent, that offer alone was incredible but we told him no rush and waited until the next morning. They sent out their tech Garrett first thing the next morning who was the nicest guy ever, he educated us on our unit, answered any and all questions we had and walked us through exactly what was wrong. He was knowledgeable, professional but also extremely personable, their communication was great and everything was fixed quickly, we absolutely plan on using this company from now on.
