The service was excellent and timely. Ben worked on a toilet in my rental in AZ and I am in California. It was seamless and I will definitely use them again and refer anyone that needs a plumber.

Great job to Ben with Fast Laynes plumbing. This is the second project/ work that he has done for me in my new home, an outdoor leaky pipe and indoor shower issue and faucet replacements. He is efficient and does great work.

Fast Layne Plumbing is the best. David put in a water softening system in our house about two years ago. No problems so far until one of the big name companies came to our house to do a water inspection. The tech does his inspection and comes back and tells me that the water is not meeting water quality and the system is not designed for Arizona. I asked what was wrong with it and he said something about the water was just spraying around in there and a few other things that didn't make much sense to me. So I told him this machine is only two years old. So I asked him the cost of their machines. I think he started in the 3,000.00 range on up to like 7,000.00. I said know way I will call David and get a second opinion. I did and he came the next day. He tested our water in front of us in all bathrooms and with one drop of the solution the water showed soft. Then he tested our kitchen water which is not connected to the water softener because we have an island that we chose not to connect and just added a reverse osmosis system. So it would test hard. I remember the other tech talking about my water outside testing hard and my kitchen sink water testing hard but nothing about the bathrooms testing soft. Then David took us to the softening machine and walked us through the cycles and showed us that there was nothing wrong with the system. Plus we have a ten year warranty at no cost to Fast Layne or us. If it where broken they would get us a new one. Thank you David for your fast service and class on water softening systems. You saved us a lot of money. Beware just because they have a fancy name doesn't mean they give the best service

David took my call immediately. He came out early next morning. Was very knowledgeable. Gave me a price and sent Cole and Jeremy 3 hrs later. Less than 3 hrs later, all plumbing repairs finished.

We had a cracked main line that turned into a full replacement. Bo was outstanding. I was managing this from another state and he was patient, clear, and proactive the entire time. After two other plumbers tried to sell me an expensive smoke test just to “assess,” Bo diagnosed the issue at the first visit and laid out a straightforward plan. His team was on time, professional, and left the site clean. Pricing was transparent and the work was excellent. Highly recommend Bo and his crew!

A BIG high 5 to Joey of Fast Layne Plumbing!! He was digging, carrying buckets of dirt and rocks, removing the tub and replacing pipes and toilet in our bathroom for two days "all by himself" and did an impressive job! Joey is a diligent and clean worker, he deserves a raise or at least a helper. Thank you Joey!!!

Overall great experience. I wanted to install a misting system for our pool area so that we could enjoy the backyard. Came out great so I called them for a new water softener and a couple hose bibs. Excellent speed and service

I needed a plumber quick. And they came pretty quick, but that costs $89 extra because it was 6pm. Cole was professional and personable. The bill was $339 to run wire into a pipe from my house to my septic tank. I hope it fixed it for a long time.

Quoted 1300 for easy repair, told the tech was crazy and then he dropped it down to 800. I bought expansion tool kit for pex a that was 130 plus tax. Sleeves for 1/2 and 3/4 cost 8.98 and 4.18. The splitter was 10.77 and 5ft of 1/2 pex was 5.92.1/2 couplings 11.32. 173 total cost before tax including the tool. 15 min of labor. Feel bad for the people that don't have the option to do it themselves. One line had the pin hole leak.

Cole and TK were great with the water softener installation. Walked through what they were going to do, where the holes for the pipes would be, and how the system operates. Quick service from quote to completed job.

After receiving an estimate for replacing our old hot water heater from another company, we decided to get a 2nd estimate from Fast Layne Plumbing (based on all the positive reviews), and we are sure glad we did! Brandon came out and gave us the price, and Cole came back within a few hours and installed it. Amazing service! Both were very personable and professional and Cole did a fantastic job installing the new unit in a very tight space. These guys are the real deal and we will be using them for any future plumbing needs. BTW their price beat the first estimate by several hundred dollars! We highly recommend this company!

The company contacted me very quickly and assigned a technician (Cole) to come to my place. He showed up on time, reviewed what needed to be done, gave me a price quote, and we scheduled a day and time for him to complete repairs. He was timely, and prepared. Thank you, Cole. I appreciated your calmness, and also your professionalism and knowledge of plumbing. I have a brand new shower head and faucet in the bathroom, and a new kitchen faucet that is actually now connected to the garbage disposal!

The main water line to house (PEX) was compromised. I had 3 previous leak repairs done to main line and decided on the 3rd leak to replace the entire main line from street to house.

David, the owner, came out to give an estimate within 1 hour of me calling. The work began the next day. Joe was assigned the work and began digging in 110 + temps. There were some snags along the way and Joe with David's advice tackled the job with upmost care and energy. The work was completed with 100% satisfaction with new PEX line. David replaced my backflow preventer valve at no cost. I would hire Fast Layne again and will refer them to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Joseph was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable, arrived on time. After being scammed by another company Joseph came out and was able to get my sink draining again and was able to pinpoint the problem. I highly recommend Fast Lane Plumbing. Everyone I worked with was very courteous and understanding. Joseph really seemed to care and was down to earth. It's rare these days to find that in a company. The cost was reasonable and I didn't feel like they were trying to overcharge or take advantage. Great company.

Ben was excellent. Helped getting p-traps cleaned out and a new shower head installed and sink stoppers. Great one-day emergent service. Price was reasonable for same day emergent service slighting over $1K.

I have used Fast Layne Plumbing for the second time now and they, once again, have become the most efficient plumbers that I think is something everyone wants. Once called due to any problem, one of these gentlemen will come within 2 hours of my call. To me that is exactly what their company name means "Fast". I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of real professionals and whose prices are the best I've had.
