I can't recommend Fast Layne Plumbing enough! They recently installed two water softeners at my business, and I was incredibly impressed. Not only were their prices remarkably competitive, but their team was also highly professional and efficient. The speed of service was truly remarkable – I got a quote one day and the softeners were installed and operational the very next! Bo, in particular, was exceptional. He provided constant updates and personally oversaw the installation to guarantee everything was perfect. An excellent experience from start to finish!

San Tan Plumbing responded to my call via my Home Warranty. They called Salt River in to tear out my toilet, vanity, and both showers. Now 39 days later no shower, no toilet...... NOTHING !!!!! Today they said they didn't have cause report !!!!!!

Brian came out to clear a plumbing stoppage but went the extra mile to figure out why the issue keeps happening- I will be going back to the original company that apparently messed up the original repair but if they can’t right the wrong, I will definitely be going back to San Tan Plumbing for future plumbing issues.

As a remodeling contractor here in the valley I can say STVP are the only plumbers I call when I need any work performed. Chad and the crew run a tight ship, are very knowledgeable, and get the job completed every time.

No show! Poor customer service.
Scheduled for repairs & install from 12:00-4:00 and the plumber did not show up for the appointment. Was notified technician was running late. After 5:00 I received a message they will not be coming and the next available appointment is in a week. That’s after waiting 3 weeks for parts to fix plumbing leaks.

I had an emergency in the early morning called the 24 hour service and was greeted with respect and concern about my problem. Customer service informed me they will send out a technician as soon as possible and he did an outstanding job!! Thank You San Tan Emergency Plumbing!

Used this company through home warranty. It took nearly three weeks to replace a water heater - they canceled multiple times and pushed back weeks+. Ended up not finishing the job, and I hired someone else to finish it.
They also constantly tried to refer to their friends for other work. Stay away.

Appt assigned by a home warranty company. Proof they were not honest in interaction with me and with warranty company in asking to reassign this job. If this happens to you contact warranty company and file complaint to remove from lead list for referral business. No one likes to work with dishonest contractors. If they asked to reassign it for tell the truth. Rediculous. I have proof and corporate has been alert for review of their contract.

Want Tan was assigned to us by our home warranty company . They replaced our water heater . They were very professional did their best to coordinate things for us with home warranty company . I would recommend them .

I called Chad from San Tan Valley Pluming for a slab leak. He did a great job in a very stressful time for our family. In fact, he even came back twice to remove the water heater and reinstall so the drywall work could be done. Very satisfied and will be using them again.

I had a leak under my sink. I found santan emergency plumbing online. I called the office on a Tuesday and they had a plumber out to me the next morning. I was so happy with how fast the process happened, and the technician was so nice and helpful. I had a few questions about my water heater and he helped me figure out what was wrong and fixed it. Definitely my new go to plumbing company.

Best plumber I’ve used! While in the middle of doing dishes my faucet broke!! Luckily, the first call we made was to San Tan Emergency Plumbing. Rachel helped calm me down and was able to set up a time for someone to come over. Chad, was on time and amazing! He had on little hiccup, we live in a manufactured home and he didn’t have one part he needed, Most places would have pushed it off until the next day, not Chad. 4 stores later with parts in hand I now have a working faucet! He even cleaned up after himself. Thank you so much!!
