Knockout responded to our problem quickly and arrived on time (actually called to see if it would okay to arrive early!). Their communication was first rate. Logan was efficient, professional and friendly. Knockout Plumbing is now our “go-to” company for our plumbing needs.

Jake from Knock Out Plumbing was exceptional!! We have had him do all of our plumbing in two different homes. He is reliable, honest and answered all of our questions. He does great work! Thoroughly impressed with Knockout Plumbing, especially Logan. From the initial walkthrough and quote to getting the work done the very next day, he took the time to explain every step—what needed to be done, why it mattered, and what he’ll keep an eye on moving forward (hopefully not anytime soon).

He worked efficiently, communicated clearly throughout, and followed up with helpful reminders on maintenance and when to change things out.

Kylan was my technician today. He was so nice and very professional. He was able to get my shower cartridge replaced easily and made sure that everything worked correctly before he left. He made sure everything was cleaned up, and did an excellent job! Great young man and look forward to using Knockout Plumbing again when the need arises. From calling and setting up the appointment to the whole process from start to finish, I highly recommend using these guys for all your plumbing needs.

Justin did an amazing job. We had an emergency and they were out within 4 hours on a Saturday. We ended up having to warranty out our hot water heater and they picked up and had it installed on Sunday first thing in the morning.

Knockout Plumbing did a great job for us. Changed out our water softener system and RO system. Kylan was Very professional and Very knowledgeable ! They were in time and cleaned up afterwards! We were very impressed with them!

I’d like to start off by saying thank you to Jake E. with Knockout Plumbing. I had scheduled an after hours call and they arrived on schedule, with a positive friendly attitude given it was 9:30pm. The service provided was honest, informative, and clear. I’m happy Knockout Plumbing was the only ones that answered their phone and services the Casa Grande area! I give them a 5/5 rating, highly recommended, and will be using them when needed!

The technician from knockout Plumbing Kylan was very good. He showed up on time and did a great job. If we need a plumber again we will sure call him. He even gave me a cheaper price than he quoted me. Great service.

Alec has worked on a handful of projects for us and he’s always been tidy and professional and is very knowledgeable in his trade! The RCS team is the first I recommend to our neighbors and friends! I see how appreciated their employees are and I know it rolls over into their work!

Albert came and replaced our garbage disposal that was leaking. He showed up very quickly. He was extremely nice and very professional. He went above and beyond and even cleaned up the cabinet where the water leaked even though I told him I would clean it up! 10/10 would recommend this company and Albert to help with whatever you need!

I can’t recommend RCS Plumbing enough! We had a collapsed pipe that was causing major issues, and they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and got everything fixed faster than we expected. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they left everything clean and better than before. It’s not every day you find a company that genuinely cares about doing the job right. I’ll definitely be using RCS Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs!

Jesse and his team were amazing! We had a leaking water heater and they were out the same day and had it replaced so we didn’t have to go without hot water. Very professional, prompt and professional. Would recommend to anyone!
