I have used San Tan/ Cactus Valley plumbing twice now for MAJOR plumbing issues and cannot say enough good things about them! Chris and Chad have not only been incredibly professional but also take time to explain things and do their best to keep costs down. I have recommended them to all of my friends.

They were sent out by my warranty company. I don't usually have things run so smoothly. They were so easy to work with and even bumped up my install date at the last minute so I could leave town for my job. Ethan did the install, very nice young man. Totally professional and knowledgeable. Kayla was my go to in the office. She's very professional and went above and beyond to help get this job done so I could leave town without dumping all this on my wife. Very happy with everything

Beware if your warranty company assigns this plumber to your claim. First, they don't answer the phone so you will leave a message and wait for them to call back which they are pretty good about.
Next, if you have any kind of leak no matter how big or small they will have you call their friend for a free inspection. This will lead to claim with your regular home owners insurance company. Many people have mentioned this so beware.
This company only wants to fix your plumbing if they can charge hundreds for "alterations" allowed by the warranty company.
They supposedly fixed a sink of mine that was dripping, it started dripping right after the plumber left. On the recall; they didn't want to actually do the repair so luckily for me they assigned it to another plumber who can get the job done correctly.

Wow! Our garbage disposal went out and I tried everything before resorting to the last resort and calling for professional help. Luckily, Bryan, from San Tan Emergency Plumbing arrived and literally, in minutes, diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective unit, and had us back in business.
What really impressed me is not only did he do a great job on what may have been a routine call for a professional, but he went "above and beyond" that displaying enthusiasm, and concern for customer service. For example, Bryan called ahead and arrived exactly on time, on a fully stocked truck, but since it was early in the morning, he knocked gently on the door rather than banging loudly and hitting the doorbell which would have awaken everyone else in the house. I opened the door to find him there, tools in hand, ready to go to work rather than creating noise going in and out to retrieve tools and parts which was also very considerate to the family who were still asleep.
During the actual repair process, he demonstrated incredible patience with me "looking over his shoulder" as he efficiently went through step-by-step in diagnosing and ultimately replacing the defective unit. He took care to double check for leaks once the unit was installed which involved not only running water but also filling the sink to make sure there were no surprise leaks which might not have been caught. Again, he explained, showed me what to do in case of a future stoppage, and even gave me a chance to practice so I knew how to do it correctly. All of this in a matter of minutes.
Bryan is a true professional, enthusiastic about what he is doing, and certainly dedicated to helping his customers. He is a great representative of San Tan Valley Emergency Plumbing and I will be asking that they send him when I call with plumbing needs in the future. This was truly a 5-star experience!

When our water heater started leaking badly and needed to be replaced, our home warranty sent the repair request to San Tan Valley Emergency Plumbing. Marisa called right away to schedule the new water heater installation and Brian came out to do the installation. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Brian arrived on time for the appointment and had the water heater replaced very quickly. Brian explained everything he was going to do, explained thoroughly what was covered by the home warranty and what was not, and educated us on the new water heater. Marisa and Brian were both very responsive when we had questions. It was a very positive experience from start to finish.

I had a corroded pipe on my water heater burst, and partially flood my garage. A quick google search and some very positive reviews brought me to Knockout Plumbing. Kyle came out, got me set up to install a new water heater in short order, and connected me to the proper people for restoration. And when he did install the water heater, it was done very fast. In all, I felt like my experience was very honest compared to some past experiences I've had. Its much easier to work through something like this when everyone is realistic, informative, honest, and understanding. Next time something plumbing-related comes up, I know where to go!

Called Knockout Plumbing because I kept having a bunch of water leaking from my island wall. To get to the problem Luke had to cut out a piece of the wall and we found a broken pipe that just snapped. He replaced it same day and had everything working great again! They were so professional from the beginning of the process to the end! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!

We called Knockout Plumbing to re-lace a toilet and two sink faucets. Kyle arrived promptly, assessed our needs and made some good recommendations on how to proceed. He returned less than an hour later with all of the necessary fixtures and parts and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. He was super friendly, courteous and we really appreciated his honesty. We will certainly use Knockout Plumbing for any and all future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Knockout came to my rescue, my injector pump in my basement the alarm went off. Seen water coming up in the pit and I knew the only place to call. They were at my home in 20 minutes, the tech Kylan cut away a gasket to look into the pit was moving the cords leading in and the float was stuck. What an outstanding experience they could have laid me away and that's why I only use Knockout Plumbing they are a trust worthy company to deal with it. And there was NO charge!!! but he did tell me the bad news of cost if that pump fails. I have no choice I have a finished basement. But I know who to call

Knockout Plumbing showed up when they said they would and fixed my problems in a timely fashion. They were professional and polite. They made sure I had a complete understanding of what they were going to do and what it would cost. Anytime I have a plumbing or electrical problem I will call them!!! So I highly recommend them to anyone in need of help with plumbing or electrical issues.

These guys are outstanding! Justin got me fixed up and explained everything thoroughly. He was very professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Francisco did an amazing job most definitely is invited to the carne asada ! And the fact he was able to knockout the mainline pipe and water heater within such a short time frame, couldn’t be more happier to have the team on my side getting the job done, I say team because I also had the pleasure to meet Dan (the boss man) who helped me get my electricity covered after a mistake was made by APS just right after the job was done were as they had put my account under the wrong address. I wasn’t certain and had to call Francisco about the power outage just in case. And right away the team called and made sure I was taken care of. Dan had to drive from the boujee place of Scottsdale all the way to casa grande just to find out APS just so happened to shut the power off right after the installation. Both had MAD experience and were extremely cooperative and informative. Give these guys the job and they will KNOCK IT OUT 👊🏽

Happy with the service; not really sure about the pricing. I don’t shop for garbage disposals on a regular basis and the toilet they repaired was one THEY installed 4 1/2 years ago. The toilet in our other bathroom was here when we bought the house, around 10 years ago, has not needed any repairs.

The technician arrived on time and was friendly and informative. He also flushed our water heater for no additional fee.

On Friday May 9th I called Knockout Plumbing around 4:30pm because I noticed a water leak with one of the pipes in my garage. After being scheduled for an emergency appointment somebody came out. They took a look at the pipe, tightened it a little bit and after about 10 minutes left. Fast forward to Tuesday morning (May 13th) I woke up to the same leak and a tremendous amount of damage to my wall. After calling again they diagnosed the issue, sent another repair guy out to replace the water valve and sent somebody else out to fix the drywall issue. The experience was a little bumpy but they fixed the primary issue without another charge and the drywall issue. I’m very thankful for the owner Dan and the efforts he made to remedy the situation.

Kylan came out to check our gas line we have to our outdoor grill. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and helped point us in the right direction on what as wrong, recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Thank you!!
