I'm so glad my warranty uses this company to fix my fridge. I love not having a fridge for over 2 weeks. I would love to grocery shop and eat, but, oh wait, I need a fridge for that. Sheesh.

I'm a field service engineer and can't understand how it takes 3 weeks to fix a system. It's a refrigerator. I work on medical devices. I would be out of a job if I took that long. These warranty programs are a shame. Turn your refrigerator off for 3 weeks and see how it goes!!!

I had an appointment scheduled today (12/11) from 8am-12pm and I called to see if the tech was going to show up. I even had a confirmation number and email. They told me that GE appliance made a mistake on scheduling me for that date. The next available date would be the 26 of December. So disappointed. Wasted my whole morning waiting on them!

No call no show, terrible I wasted my whole afternoon waiting and for them to no even bother to call and let us know that they were not coming! I will not be recommending this company. By the reviews I have read, it looks like that’s standard operating procedure.

I truly dislike leaving a bad review, but I would like to inform others.
I contacted LG for a fix just to my fridges freezer and they sent out this third party company. The employees/technicians were kind and worked decently quick, however 2 days after the fix occured my fridge COMPLETELY broke. I had to toss all my food and went without a fridge over a holiday weekend.
I am extremely disappointed. Hope they improve and others have a better experience.

I have a frigidiare refrigerator and under warranty. Dr Appliance scheduled with me and did now show up. The tech called and said he was 10 minutes away. Never showed. I called and text him back and nothing. Now we are out of warranty and have to pay for this on our own. Do not use this company. The tech was a younger kid and dint seem to take work seriously.

1st, the address on the paperwork I have for ARofA is on Shea Blvd, not Hayden. 2nd, they are far from the best service people I have ever dealt with. The tech quoted me a very high amount to repair our dryer, even though I knew the cost of the parts he'd use--nearly $250 more than the parts. I need the work done, so I approved it. It took roughly 1 hour. It took over 24 hours to get a receipt, because the person answering their phone had written my email incorrectly. The fellow that answered their phone today began shouting at me because I had the audacity to accuse their people of writing down an incorrect email address! I'll search high/low to find anyone else that can come out next time. The receipt that I received does not show any breakdown of parts/service/taxes/fees--just the total. It is all lumped under "Trip Charge." No thanks, I'll find someone else next time.

AZ BBQ Cleaning did a great job in installing my new BBQ. Highly recommend!

The workers from AzBBQ were terrific. Rudy and his helper cleaned my grill and my grill looks almost new again. This is the second time I have used this company and it will not be my last!

Mike successfully advised me on my 20 year old built in grill that came with my new house. I engaged him to remove the old one & install his recommendation. I could not be happier.

Worked with Mike to send technicians to my parents house to clean and repair their non-functioning built-in Bull grill as a Father's Day gift for my Dad. These guys were easy to work with and did a fantastic job. My parents couldn't be happier, and neither could I.

The overall experience was fantastic! Friendly service, expert technical knowledge of bbq's, and the BBQ was thoroughly cleaned and polished - looked like new considering its age. I was even treated to the variety of recipes on their website, including bbq pineapple.

Had our grill cleaned recently by Mike for an event, they did a great job getting it spotless and bringing back our stainless steel hood

This business definitely deserves five stars. Their team of two technicians took my thirteen year old gas barbecue grill and made it look like new. I found this company to be honest, on time and very reliable. The two technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. Their owner Mike Scott was also very courteous, friendly and responsive to my calls and text's.
