Excellent customer service, excellent repair. Our technician was knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly determined the problem with our washer, ordered the parts, and as soon as they arrived an installation appointment was set up. Great work

Tiger Mechanical was assigned to me for Washing Machine repair by GE Warranty division. Unfortunately they were booked for my area so took a bit for first appt to diagnose issue. But after that things were rolling.
Tiger office very helpful with suggestions for me to contact GE warranty division with hiccups along the way regarding appt waits and back ordered part.
Appt: GE contacted next contracted vendor option and they were 2.5 wks beyond Tiger’s appt so of course I held steady for Tiger’s 1st appt.
Back order: called Tiger’s office as soon as part arrived by fedex to house. So excited to get the actual repair appt going…
Instead discovered there is another part expected that unfortunately is on back order estimated several more weeks.
I couldn’t believe I was going to be without washer that much longer.
Tiger’s office suggested I call GE since it is their warranty maybe they can do something about it. I had much doubt but did immediately follow thru and called GE warranty division customer service.
Agent put a search out to find part and it was on my doorstep in 3.5 days AND Tiger Mechanical had the washer fixed few days later. (Only one week after originally being informed that the back-ordered part would likely be 3 wks before even arriving!).
I would never have called GE customer service without Tiger’s office suggestion to give it a try. Yep, that’s is exactly what was needed, for GE to hear it from the customer! Then Tiger Mechanical could send Terry to provide the great service they want to provide for either GE warranty clients or anyone requiring appliance repairs.

We had a great experience with Tiger Mechanical. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. Unfortunately, our dryer needed some repair work and it ended up being more complex than it should have been. Our specific mechanic was patient and pleasant throughout the whole process. Thanks for the positive experience!

If I could give 6 stars I would! This was my 2nd experience using this company.
I was referred to Tiger Mechanical by Spencer's Appliance both times. This company actually has a real human answering calls! They were courteous and helpful in accommodating my needs. Terry the technician knows his craft and within minutes was able to replace a defective door latch on my 3 month old GE dryer. Also, I received regular reminders and updates as to the exact time Terry would arrive within the 4 hour window promised. Kudos to Tiger and Terry! I highly recommend this Company.

Very pleased with the work done on my under counter ULINE fridge. Coming up to 10 years old, they determined that replacing the condenser fan would solve the problem.
Also pleased with being able to list issues on the website so that they can call back fairly quickly to arrange an appropriate appointment.
We do have a passcode for the gate on our community, so they were able to keep that on file for the next time.

My experience with the Tech from Tiger Mechanical was spectacular. My Tech arrived as scheduled, immediately accessed our microwave and knew exactly what to do. Within just a few minutes the unusual noise from the microwave was identified and resolved. My Tech was professional and clearly knowledgeable about the workings of appliances. I continued to be impressed the next day as the Tiger office called to ensure everything went smoothly during the service call and to check to see that everything was still okay the next day.

We had a very good experience with Tiger when our gas stove went out of warranty and started having issues. The tech was able to pinpoint the issue quickly and it didn’t even require new parts to repair. Very happy to have found someone we can use going forward.

After speaking with the customer service representative to make an appointment I was extremely disappointed. She was not listening to what I was saying and kept referring me to reach out to Maytag since the warranty was still available. However after already speaking with Maytag they informed me that the error code “check vent” was not under warranty. Very unhelpful.

Very satisfied. Tech was on time and very professional. He explained what needed to be done and completed the work quickly.

I was basically told to clean out the coils of the fridge so i wouldnt be charged anything for it. Cool idea at first. Then when that didn't fix the problem, they never came back to fix the problem. Rescheduled a time and they pulled a no show.

I️ had a great experience with this company. I️ called at 9:30 am on a Saturday and they were at my door, the same day 2 hours later. The tech diagnosed the problem promptly and had the part on hand to fix it immediately. The price was reasonable and my refrigerator was up and running within hours. I️ would use them again.

When my freezer broke, they responded the same day. The service tech was very friendly and in addition to repairing the freezer offered several helpful maintenance tips. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Our refrigerator went out at the worst time: Saturday, December 23 right after a Costco run to stock the refrigerator full of food for a Christmas Eve dinner we were hosting. I called at 1pm and they were there by 3pm! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and miraculously had the necessary part to fix our fridge. Awesome experience and highly recommended.

I would give six stars if I could. Fridge was not cooling but freezer was fine, on Dec 31, when everybody else was closing. And we were home with new baby. Scottsdale Refrigerator Repair got a repairman over before noon and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour, plus reset the fridge door was had trouble closing. He let the older chlldren watch and was as nice as could be.

I rented an Airbnb for 3 months. About a week into my stay the refrigerator broke down. The host told me to get someone to repair it and he will reimburse me. I had a lot of food I just purchase. I found scottsdale refrigerator repair on google and call them. They came same day and about an hour later repaired my get refrigerator. It turned out to be the main control board. Price was fair I know because I called around and only one other company was about the same price. So Scottsdale refrigerator repair gave me an extra off to make sure they are cheaper. I didn't even ask they just offered it. Behind excellent experience.
