I was referred to Tiger Mechanical by the company I bought my LG refrigerator from, 6 years ago. I trusted them to repair my existing ice maker , give it 30 days and call back if I needed a new ice maker. They could have easily pushed for the new 1 but saved me the expense! I trust Tiger Mechanical!

Terry had this warranty repair wrapped up in less than half an hour even with me yakking the entire time. He also cleaned out a bushel basket full of lint from the dryer (and this was after Stanley Steemer left), was cordial with my house of animals, and was so fast and skilled, I wish I could have hired him for a dozen projects! He deserves more than five stars for working on Veterans Day!

I was very happy with these guys! The communication was stellar. The gentleman that came to fix the appliance was very outgoing (rare thing these days)! He was very informative on the items I had questions about and had a good attitude! They were on time! WOW! THIS IS A BIG ONE! Very reliable and a company I can count on!

We scheduled warranty service repairs on our GE Cafe' Series Refrigerator and dishwasher, and Tiger was dispatched immediately. They confirmed via phone & text the set appointment right away. The technician - Tony - was up and beyond professional and courteous. He was very meticulous and used great caution when diagnosing and replacing/repairing both appliances. He laid out a large padded moving type blanket on the floor to work on the repairs. Very tidy and methodical and performed all the requested warranty repairs perfectly. We would not hesitate to have Tiger Mechanical out again and would definitely use them for repairs when our appliances warranties run out in August 2024.

The serviceman, Terry and his assistant were very professional and timely with the repair of my GE front load washer. The repairs took about an hour and the machine works like new again. Thank you for the great service.

We were referred to Tiger Mechanical through the GE’s service department due to a problem with our GE refrigerator. This would be the fourth time GE service referred us to an outside provider, so my expectations weren't very high base on past referrals to other service providers. Tiger Mechanical showed up when they said they would, quickly diagnose the problem, ordered a replacement part and then reinstalled to fix the problem in a timely manner. This is the best experience yet we’ve had with an outside service provider for this GE piece of equipment. We will definitely use Tiger mechanical again for future service needs.

The tech came out to assess the issue, let me know exactly what was needed and gave an accurate estimate on time. Once the part was delivered, I called and he came back out and fixed the stove. Had an issue with door alignment/adjustment on a new GE refrigerator that could not be addressed with owner procedures in manual. Initiated the service call through GE and Tiger Mechanical was assigned my case. They quickly scheduled a visit by a technician, all the scheduling and pre visit steps were quick and easy. The technician that came was very professional and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue and made adjustments to hinges that should have been done at factory. Doors are perfectly aligned and operate properly. Problem solved! Overall a very good in home product support experience, I would recommend Tiger Mechanical.

The technician quickly determined the problem and gave us an estimate of how long it would take for the replacement part to come in. The service I received from Tiger Mechanical of Phoenix was amazing! They were prompt to get to my house to assess my refrigerators problem. They were quick to order the necessary part I needed.
