Called him to fix refrigerator because it wasn't cooling, said he fixed it but then the ice maker wasn't working. The ice maker has always worked until he broke it. He charged me again to come and fix what he broke. Then he didn't fix it. The ice maker he broke and then charged me to fix never worked.

He does not stand by his work and is not focused on doing the job right.

Eugene was on time and explained what, why, and how the failure of our refrigerator occurred, then repaired it in only a couple hours for less than the estimated maximum labor.

Another company had come out, told us we needed a new fridge, and charged us their 'diagnostic' fee for a wrong diagnosis!

Eugene is the most honest, responsive, kind, affordable appliance repair man. He always responds promptly when texting him for service. I'm always impressed with his response time. He also leaves a tip to maintaining the appliance before he leaves which is above and beyond his service call. Eugene is an honest, knowledgeable repair man. He has made multiple service calls to my house. Those included putting a new compressor in my refrigerator. At a different house he fixed my freezer. But best of all, when my washer was malfunctioning, instead of charging me an arm and a leg for a part I didn’t need, he realized my water supply lines had some sand in the screen which was affecting the time it took to fill the washer tub. The fill delay made the washer think it was overflowing or leaking. He cleaned the lines and it worked again immediately. That is honesty at its best. You will not regret having him fix your appliances at a fair price.

Eugene has worked on our dryer in the past. Out of no where, he begin refusing to do work for us. Stating something about too much traffic. So we left him alone for about 6 years. I texted him today, he was rude to me. I asked if he could come fix our refrigerator. He begin by asking for the model number. I gave it to him. His next words were, “Ugh! Is your address ________?” I replied yes, and asked why did you say ugh? He gave an excuse as he’s done years prior, stating he couldn’t come do work because of the traffic and not having time, etc. Then I believe he blocked my number. Totally unprofessional.

Eugene is great! Came over for a small repair on my washer, handled it and gave me recommendations on how to extend the life of it. Affordable service charge, handled questions and was very respectful of my home. I will be calling him again, definitely the type that can be "my guy" whenever I need something fixed.

When our refrigerator wasn't working we called Eugene. As the compressor was still running, Eugene first agreed to try back-flushing the system and re-charge the coolant at my request, a cheaper alternative than replacing the compressor, although he'd had numerous experiences with our fridge model and knew the compressors were not reliable past 7 years. When it was obvious that the compressor was not working properly he replaced it and charged only for the compressor replacement, and not the time he spent working on the cheaper alternative. He was prompt after my initial call, and courteous and professional throughout the process.

We called Eugene for a dryer repair. He was prompt in arriving and gave a quick diagnosis of what is wrong. He fixed it very fast and the price was just exactly what he had quoted for. Had a great experience. He will definitely be our go-to-person for any other home repairs. Highly recommended!

This was an incredible response. Eugene came quickly on time, diagnosed the problem in short order, and had the parts to fix it. Losing refrigeration during Christmas can be hard, so we are thankful that we found Eugene. He is very professional and knowledgeable. This will be my go-to guy for all appliance problems from now on.

Eugene has now fixed two different appliances in my home. Both times he has been polite, efficifient and honest. Both times, he has clearly explained the issue, and given me options on how to proceed. No Gouging, prices are more than fair and where some services try to sell you a new appliance, Eugene has fixed the problem instead.

Our dryer decided not to start. I called Eugene and he was able to stop by later that same day. He diagnosed the problem in short order and quickly made the necessary repairs. In about an hour, the dryer was up and running. First class service, knowledgeable professional, timely response, and reasonable pricing. It doesn't get much better. Thanks for all your help, Eugene. I called Eugene at 4:30pm to get help with a refrigerator that was not cooling. I had a terrible time getting a quick response from my home warranty company. Eugene was at my house within an hour. He cleaned the compressor coils and charged less than he originally quoted. We need more people like this in the world! I look forward to calling him next time I have an appliance issue.

Prompt, did the repair in a short time, very knowledgeable. I called Eugene because my fridge had stopped working. He responded right away and gave me a time frame for when he could come later the same day. The cost for the repair was reasonable.
