I had Eugene out twice to repair my dishwasher because it wasn't draining. Both times he said it was fixed and left. Each service call was $75. The problem was still occurring, and when I called Eugene to fix it and then he told me the main pump and drain pump needed to be replaced, with parts and labor totaling $325. I agreed to pay that amount as long as he gave me a credit of $150 for the two service calls where he came but didn't fix the problem. He said he wouldn't provide a credit since he cleaned the dishwasher during his service calls. I told him the dishwasher didn't need to be cleaned, it needed to be fixed so it would drain. Lousy service. Avoid using him at all costs.

Eugene Appliance was sent to us from another appliance repair company because they weren’t 100% sure what the problem was in our chest freezer. The compressor was running, but no cooling. In a matter of minutes, the issue was determined and the price was provided. The solution to the problem was guaranteed, so it provide me wife and I a ton of confidence at approving the work. In the end, the diagnosis was accurate and we now have a working chest freezer (we use it as a keezer - keg freezer). We know we could trust Eugene as he was recommended from another appliance repair company we use. Very happy that he was able to save our keezer.

I called High Desert Appliance on a Monday for service and within the same day I was given prompt service to repair a Dryer. Service was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The technician was well informed and shared knowledge readily. I had no problem with this company. They provided excellent services.

Above and beyond! The door fell off my GE Profile built-in fridge. High Desert turned what could have been a major headache into a minor nuisance. The very next day, their technician was able to source the needed parts and stayed until the job was done. The repair quality is great, and we were without a fridge for less than a day. Very impressive and appreciated!

High Dessert Appliance Repair did a great job of getting my fridge back up and running. I did some repairs to it previously, which were needed, but I couldn't get it to work right. I'm sorry I do not remember the name of the repairman that came out, but he was very courteous, knowledgeable and helped educate me on some finer points of repairing the fridge. The final fix was to add refrigerant and within 24 hours it was working like a charm.

I was able to get an appointment for very same day I called. The technician was thorough and efficient and very knowledgeable. He found exactly what the problem was with our refrigerator drove to get the part and had it up and running inside of two hours. I highly recommend this company.

HDAR was able to come out on the day I called. When Norman came, he recommended the repair for our refrigerator, but the part was on back order from his vendors. Norman gave me options on what to do. I was able to find the part, and made the repair myself. Norman answered my call when I had a question and offered advice. Not sure any other company would do this.

Norman, the technnician, came to our home to look at our dishwasher because it wasn't working properly. Scheduling him was done easily on the company's website. Norman arrived when he was supposed to. He was friendly and very professional and helped me realize that it would be cheaper (or as cheap) to buy a new dishwasher than to repair my current one. I appreciated his candor.

I give this company my highest recommendation!

Ray came out on the 4th of July diagnosed our refrigerators multiple issue and came back the next day with all the necessary parts and fixed it!!! He taught a few things about our fridge, he knew a lot about it. Already referring friends and neighbors , High Desert gave us great service at a very reasonable price.

Very professional and responsive. My washer broke a couple of times along with an issue I had with my stove. Norm was available to fix my appliances in a timely manner and he took the time out of his day to answer questions that I had through text. I highly recommend this company and Norm for appliance repair. I will continue to reach out to them for any appliance repair in the future!

The tech Ryan, was very professional and great to talk to. Not only did he fix my fridge but he gave great advise on what is needed to maintain it. I care about long term investments and knowing that this fridge will run for years is very comforting. I plan on going back to them on all my future investment properties for any appliance work that needs to be completed.

I called to schedule a repair of my installed wall-microwave. I told the rep on the phone what the problem was, and he asked for the model number and told me he’d call me back in a few minutes with more info. I got a call back about 15 minutes later. He gave me the part number for what I needed and explained to me that it was an inexpensive part and could be easily replaced by me. Rather than charge me a service fee to come out and change it out for me, he was forthright and saved me a ton of money in the process. If I ever have an appliance repair that needs a professional, I will be calling High Desert right away.

Looking very professional and a smile, Ray arrived to check out the dishwasher which refused to drain. Within minutes he’d pulled the dishwasher out from under the counter and detected the problem in the actual pump......broken glass! Not satisfied with that, he checked the lines and found more.

Fantastic job! Repairman was running ahead of schedule (when does that happen??) and come a day early. What a great surprise! Fixed my oven in record time, price was reasonable and was very professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again!

Great experience! Technician called several hours before my appointment to get as much info as possible regarding my broken Maytag front load washer. That allowed him to show up with parts in hand and my washer was repaired within an hour of his arrival. This was all the same day that I called for service. Other places I called were going to take a week before they could get to me. Norman was a very professional and knowledgeable technician.

Ray was the tech that was recommended by another company. Since we have a samsung dryer. He came to our house same day last call for the day and fixed our dryer in a timely manner. A very nice young man and very good at his job. My wife was very happy she had our dryer back in working order . We also got a senior discount and would highly recommend.
