These guys are awesome. I've used them a couple times on my Scottsdale rental home. Great service. Great prices, a lot less than other companies.

High Desert appliance and particularly Norman, the service tech were fantastic, five stars for sure. The process of getting the appointment was easy through a person who actually answered the phone and they schedule the appointment within a few days and Norman showed up on time and worked late to get the job done. Can’t recommend them enough.

My service was scheduled the day after I called to fix my 5 year old Maytag gas dryer. Norm our technician identified the problem right away; and had the part and fixed within an hour. Wonder customer service at a very reasonable price.

Our old GE Monogram refrigerator suddenly stopped working one afternoon. The lights worked, but the displays turned off, and the refrigerator/freezer components no longer kept cold. The refrigerator also made intermittent beeping noises.

Norm came over the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem--the motherboard needed to be replaced. In less than 24 hours, we had a new motherboard installed and the problem was taken care of.

I cannot say enough good things about Norm, our service technician. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and offered lots of helpful tips. He explained everything in detail and the price was reasonable.

This is the third time we’ve used High Desert to fix our appliances. Norman has fixed our oven, our washing machine and most recently microwave. All three work perfectly, Norman is always so friendly, knowledgeable, gets us an estimate and fixes our issue quickly. Highly recommend!

Norm was outstanding. Our Whirlpool washers Start button was stuck..even thou they do not make that part anymore Norm was able to get it loosened, lubricated it and it is working just fine now! Job well done Norm!

Good communication and easy scheduling. Technician Norman was AMAZING! He was friendly, SO TIDY (wore booties and gloves!), communicative, and so knowledgeable. He showed us what was wrong with our washing machine, spoke to our extended home warranty service (they suck but that’s a separate review), and sent us photos of the problem. Will definitely use them again, and request Norman specifically!
