Tech came in and knew exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator based off the conversation we had. Repaired it within 15 minutes! Awesome service. The receptionist was also fantastic. She scheduled me an appointment. Took my information, and called me back when an earlier appointment opened up. This is what great service is all about. Thank you High Desert.

High Desert Appliance Repair w as able to give me a same day appointment! The repair technician, Norman, arrived on time and was able to immediately diagnose the problem with my washer. He had the correct parts with him and repaired the washer quickly, showing me the broken parts he had to replace. Personable and well trained young man, and a great company!

They made it effortless, called our tenant and scheduled the appointment for the next day. The charge was very reasonable and the tech was friendly. High Desert Appliance Repair earned the highest recommendation I can give. The doors on our 1993 GE refrigerator were no longer closing and sealing properly. We called on a Monday and got an appointment on Tuesday. The tech, Ray, was prompt, personable, highly professional, and very skilled. Ray knew exactly what was needed to fix the problem, ordered the parts just before the Fourth of July holiday, picked up the parts when they arrived on Friday and made repairs on Saturday morning. While he was here, Ray solved a nagging problem with our ice dispenser not closing and replaced the bulb in the ice water dispenser and did not charge extra. Our refrigerator is now just like new. The repair price quoted was exactly what was charged and was very reasonable. We were given a senior discount and there was no charge for the initial diagnosis trip. For any future appliance problems, our only call will be to High Desert to schedule an appointment.

It is extraordinarily rare today to find a company that provides such an exceptional level of service and professionalism. High Desert well deserves their perfect 5.0 star rating.

Now, I just wish that High Desert would consider doing repair work on commercial appliances. My company has occasional need for commercial appliance repairs and I would love to be able to call High Desert.

We have a kitchen aid refrigerator that started beebing. Norm came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered a new part to fix it. He called the next day to say the kit had come in and came later that day to install the new electrical board. Norm was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend him. They responded quickly,arrived when they said they would and did a great job. I will definitely call them for any future aooliance problems

High Desert is an excellent company. I needed a repair done on my Maytag Centennial Washer and the service and work were top notch. I found this company using Google and was very pleased to see that the diagnostic fee was clearly listed on the website. The office staff answering phones and taking appointments were very courteous and professional. I was able to have a tech come out the same day. Had excellent experience with this company. My ice maker went out and within a day, we had a punctual and polite service call by Norman. He explained the options, costs and issues. He was extremely tidy, and careful. Even wore booties to avoid scuffing the floors. I would definitely use again.

Amazing service! I spoke with Norm over the phone, explaining the issue. Saving me the cost of a diagnostic visit, he researched my LG washer/dryer model, figured out the problem and quoted what it would take to fix it. He then ran to grab the part and within a couple hours had it repaired and put back into place! He reassured me that if there were any issues with his repair there was a warranty and money back guarantee if it couldn’t be fixed. Wow - I just called to set up an appointment and when I mentioned I had a Samsung Washer he gave me some advice to "try first' before I schedule an appointment. I have NEVER had any repair place suggest anything like this before, so I'm writing this review just to share with others that this is a really honest place!

Edit- I’m the end the washer has some issues but they did get me through it and it’s working until it gets replaced.

I also had them fix a fridge and they did a great job! Highly recommended.
