Today Steve and Dylan (sp?) were @ the house to replace (2) cobra recall hinges on our high-end Viking units. They were on time, respectful of house rules (wearing shoe-booties) and very professional and courteous. Any/all questions I had during their visit were handling immediately and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company. Also, Jennifer in the office was very communicative with me leading up to the job.

Due to the work needed getting done we had Tiger Mechanical come out for two separate issues and they were awesome. Very happy with their work and they were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond even calling the manufacturer to get helpful advice on the use of the machines to pass on to us. I wouldn’t think twice about calling them again.

Very satisfied with the service I received from Tiger Mechanical. The technician arrived exactly when required. The technician was professional, efficient and yet was personable, not rushing me through the repair process or the questions I asked. From making the appointment thru to appliance repair completion, met or exceeded my expectations.

It was easy doing business with Tiger. The company responded to my request for service in a timely fashion. The repairman arrived first thing and showed me how the control panel on the door worked. He was courteous and informative.

Tiger Mechanical was extremely easy to work with and the service technician was professional, knowledgeable, ensuring all my questions were answered while executing a prompt repair.

We have had Tiger Mechanical help us a couple times with a GE appliance under warranty and found them to be extremely reliable and professional. They are very responsive and communicative and our issues were always resolved. We would highly recommend Tiger Mechanical.

Didn't show up for a service call I had scheduled through Spencer's TV and appliance. I took the day off of work for them to say they canceled my appointment because I didn't call them. I didn't set the appointment to begin with, Spencer's did. I was told by Spencer's they would call (day of the appointment) to narrow down a ridiculous appointment window of 8am to 5pm. I called and left a message (day of) to verify my actual appointment time to learn they canceled it.

I ate a day of work to be available for them. They're response "call Spencer's".

Be warned, they do not hold appointments already set. Would not recommend if you value your time.

The service was on time and fixed our concern right away. Like any buisnes the compliment goes to the tech that came out. He was professional, detailed, efficient and wonderful to have at our home..

We used Tiger Mechanical, and will use them again in the future. Our tech Tyler was amazing, respectful, and professional. He was very knowledgeable and careful with our personal property. I would recommend them to anyone.

Terry, the Service Technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and spoke clearly. Terry explained what he considered the root cause of the odor issue with our new LG washing machine and made what he considered the necessary adjustments. Terry requested we run two cleaning cycles to determine if the odor issue is resolved.

I had to wait 7 weeks for a refrigerator repair. The parts were late in coming and one was on back order. Once they were in I had to wait for my techician as he was on vacation and then was sick. Once he came however, he took care of everything and I had a refrigerator!!!!
The refrigerator was only 2 years old and was a Frigadaire. I had purchased it from Spencers, but got no help from them.

Tyler, our tech, was great. I think the job turned into a much bigger project than he anticipated, but he persevered and did a great job. He is also a very nice young man, which doesn’t hurt.

Andy was very Professional and very quick and the repair. I would highly recommend there service they called to confirm a day or two out and then the day off the tech called when he was about 15 to 20 minutes out to let us know he was almost to out house. Communication is excellent here thanks again for the repair.

Repair work done on washer. Works great now no issues and didn’t even try to sugar coat it was right to the point and only needed one part

Repair of my fridge went very well. Technician was very knowledgeable and capable. Working with scheduling was great. Only issue was rescheduling due to parts not arriving, not their fault!

Terry was a true professional. Kai appeared to be conducting a ride-along. This was a return trip due to circumstances outside of their control. They were respectful, communicative, and efficient.

Tiger Mech arrived on time, diagnosed correctly what was wrong and got the part ordered. Took a few minutes to tell me a few features of the sub zero I didnt know about. I really appreciated that! When the part came in Tiger Mech called and got me scheduled again. Same technician, I think Tyler, arrived and took care of installation. Very happy with the company and Tyler. Would highly recommend for SubZero repairs.

We had a dryer heating element burn out. Tiger came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed same. All very efficient, quick and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the service I received on my GE Cafe range which was under warranty. Terry had to come out 3 times up from Phoenix to Prescott -- once to diagnose, again to fix but the parts were broken, and again when we got a good part. He is conscientious and really knows his way around appliances. Recommend Tiger Electric and Terry!

Terry J. was the technician that repaired my washing machine. He was excellent; very professional, obviously knew what he was doing, explained things well and answered all my questions in a way that I understood. I would request him if I need anymore repair work.

This is the 2nd time we have used Tiger Mechanical and we are thrilled with the service from Dan once again. We had multiple issues with our stove and Dan professionally and quickly diagnosed the problems, ordered the parts and the following week came back to complete the repairs. We can't say enough for the very helpful staff on the phone and especially for Dan's expert knowledge and help to understand the issues and what was needed to be done.
