Ilya was our repair man. Wow did he impress me. Was on time and sent me a text. He went right to the problem told me my options and said I can fix this now right here if you want. He did a great job. Who comes out in a hurry to fix a fridge on a Sunday. Urban repair has Ilya to do that. I am sending urban repairs info to everyone. What a great company to offer quick response and great service. Jaleel did a nice job quickly diagnosing the issue with our refrigerator. He gave us an estimate of what it would cost to fix. With this information we were able to determine whether to fix it or get a new one. We liked Jaleel's good demeanor, something important in the service industry world.

Our LG refrigerator water line was leaking water and causing frozen water to build up behind ice maker. We contacted Urban Appliance Repair. A technician came out 4 times, replacing the ice maker (which was not the issue) and the problem wasn’t solved. We requested a different technician and LLYA came out. He immediately knew what the problem was, ordered the replacement part, which was a leak in the water line, and fixed the problem. He was extremely professional, and unlike the first person, knew what was wrong. He reimbursed us for the new ice maker we didn’t need in the first place, and replaced the water line causing the problem. LLYA is a tremendous asset to your company and provides the excellent service we don’t see much anymore. You’re lucky to have him in your company.
