Ivan and his crew with Pro Outdoor has been nothing but awesome with the start of our project. Our entire project is nowhere near complete, and we may be seeing them again once we make our decisions. However, we had them demo an old bbq area, re-level the ground and re-lay most of our pavers in our backyard; and re-level the side RV gate area, lay out new pavers from behind the RV gate all the way to the sidewalk; AND widened and lay out new pavers on the front walk way to the door. And it is BEAUTIFUL! They were fast, efficient, communicative, professional and so friendly through the whole process and helped it not be stressful or overwhelming.
And, as an added bonus to my review...
Prior to redoing the backyard pavers, anytime I cooked on my flat top the oils would pool to one side/corner (because it wasn't level), and now there is ZERO pooling. Its that flat! LOL! If this doesn't help you make your choice to choose these guys, I don't know what will! See you soon Pro Outdoor!

Patrick was very efficient in handling our problem. He answered our questions, showed us how to check things by ourself, and offered his card for us to contact him if we had further problems.

Jimmy did a great job on my front yard, so much so I gave him the project to remodel my pool and landscape my entire back yard.

He is not licensed to build pools he has a KB-1 license. Working with him was such a nightmare. He is also listed under other companies. We hired Jim to do an addition and Jim Rana was negligent from the minute he got our first check. From flooding the east side of our home and my sons ceiling collapsing and not remediating it correctly to their negligence in handling our entire job, cracked concrete throughout the new addition, not putting in gas lines and then lying- which is weird because he ordered a gas furnace and gas hot water heater but is lying and saying we told him we wanted electric, to not listening to our needs. Now we get to go to court to try to recover over $70.000 he is trying to keep of our money. Thank God for reviews and freedom of speech.I wouldn't trust him to do a pool or anything and i would never trust his contract. Get an attorney to review his contract, it's beyond one sided and doesn't protect anyone but him.

Great work they remodeled my master bedroom and bathroom! Tore it all up in one day, moved some walls like I wanted and it came out great! They did a great job and finished quickly.

Trader’s Trunk Construction is so much more than “construction”. Think of them as the ultimate handyman for any home project. My first experience with Mike from Trader’s Trunk was an emergency I experienced with a beeping alarm. I had thought my alarm was fixed twice before (with two other companies) however, after arriving home from a long trip, my alarm was sounding loudly every 60 seconds. Mike came to my rescue and fixed the alarm within an hour of contacting him. Talk about peace of mind … and peace and quiet, I knew from that point forward I had found the most responsive person for any home emergency!

My next experience with Mike was repairing a faulty toilet flush valve. My 3rd experience was a shower repair. Trader’s Trunk Construction is the benchmark in customer service. I can’t express how great it feels to have a company to rely on for any home repair.

I needed to replace flooring, paint walls, fix drywall, replace lighting fixtures, doors, door trim, locks, a dryer gas line, tile cleaning, the list just kept going and I found myself with a distinct lack of time, ambition and know how on much of the work. Mike with Traders Trunk came personally recommended from a friend when I was shopping around so I called him and a few other contractors to give me quotes. Not only did my rehab turn out great, it came in at a very reasonable cost, much better than anything you'll get from the likes of major retailers and better than or competitive with other independent contractors.

I've had other contractors come in for large-ish jobs in the past and none have ever stayed within budget or timeline, so when I was told the work could be started within the week and finished in under three, I suspended my belief. I was pleasantly surprised when the work was completed within the timeline and within 5% of the original quote. The cost overages were mostly due to discovery of minor items like a door lock and other supplies that I overlooked as needing to be replaced during our initial walk through and quote.

I'll certainly be calling out Mike for any future home repairs, remodels and maintenance work I need done and don't have the time or knowledge to do myself.

Michael and his team were so great! Very easy to work with, professional, and they did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. My family and I can't wait to start our next renovation project!
