The whole process of getting everything set and done was great, Maria did a great job at communicating. Backyard came out looking amazing!! My experience with Prooutdoorliving started with them knocking on my address, I had intended to go with a family friend but their staff was very nice, informative, and recommend to at least consider getting a quote to keep my family friend honest. After discussion with my family friend and some shopping around I realize my family friend was not giving me any kind of deal and that Prooutdoorliving was able to do everything they could but cheaper by a grand. They were professional and very communicative about when they were showing up and what they were doing. My HOA took time to get back to me regarding front yard work but they were patient and waited until we got approval. There were some bad plants that didn’t handle the planting and some piping that likely had a manufacturer defect but Prooutdoorliving took care of it when informed. It was a pleasant experience working with them and my wife and I and our two Pomeranians love the backyard. Thanks Prooutdoorliving! Would highly recommend!

Would give a 4.5 if I could! Great experience overall. Communication was a little spotty at times at the start, but greatly improved. Oscar and Maria made sure that all of our needs were met! There were a few communication errors throughout the process, but ultimately the team and installer worked to get everything exactly how we wanted it! We love our backyard! The price was reasonable for the excellent quality of the backyard!

I was a little nervous they’d be pricey because their work on social media looks amazing—and the quality totally lives up to it! But everything was super quick, the pricing was surprisingly super GOOD, and they got the job done the very next week. So glad we found them—we’ll definitely be working with them again. Huge thanks for making my make yard look 100 times better!🙌

Avoid this company and read the negative reviews. They are the only honest ones. I spent 87k on my yard and experienced many delays and broken promises from start to end. Communication was terrible. This company ignores you and tells you they will be there then don't show up until you ask at least 6 times. Once they have your money, they stop caring and disappear. They will not fix mistakes or take accountability. It was a complete nightmare and one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I've ever had. Save yourself the troubles and go someplace else.

Pro outdoor did a great job on my backyard. It all started out with Jesse Vazquez with myself and Jesse designing my backyard great layout. Next Emily Gutierrez Call every morning the workers were gonna do work and let us know what they’re gonna do that day. The crew did an excellent job in my yard. I couldn’t ask for a better job. I do think pro outdoor for doing the work.

Edgar is the owner of this company and also of Storm Pros Hardscaping. He started a new entity in hopes of building a better reputation I assume for many similar issues. Its funny he wont follow up to simply to the right thing after a client invests 40k into them.

***INITIAL REVIEW***
Had an initial fair experience with the company. They were able to get us in quickly for an install for a new build home. Got a couple estimates and decided on this company given a coworker used them for a prior project and they happened to be in my neighborhood. The issues started happening after the major storms. Areas underneath the pavers started sinking. They dug a trench for an irrigation system leading to the backyard and I suspect it wasn't properly compacted leading to the premature errosion and collapsing of the pavers. I spent over 40k+ on this project and have been very gracious on getting the issue resolved before posting this review. I've made, 8 different attempts over the span of over 2 months to get this inspected/repaired. At first I'd get a promising message saying they'd get someone out right away, then wouldn't hear anything for days. Now I can't even get a response back.

Emilia and Erik were amazing to work with — their communication was excellent every step of the way. The backyard turned out stunning — the patio with pergola were all done beautifully. The stucco finish exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t ask for a better team!

I must confess that Pro Outdoor Living are outstanding in their quality, professionalism and speed of work. From start to finish, the sales person, Ocatvio, communicated expectations clearly and visually. He rendered a 3D version of the yard and the construction workers transformed it into reality. The business owner, Edgar, was very accommodating to my changing needs and the construction workers worked with speed, diligence and respect. The appliances are topnotch. I couldn't have gotten anything better than the combo of pergola and yard construction that I now have. Right now, I am wondering whether I should just stay and play outside or inside. Thank you Pro Outdoor Living for the outstanding work - indeed, you are Pros. I recommend you to everyone and I will use you again and again.

Look how amazing our pergola turned out. I somehow found Annie on Instagram (azlandscapegirl) .. and saw that she does full landscaping and backyard builds. I needed to get my firepit fixed, so I reached out to her. And she came the same day I reached out, and gave me a quote. And while she was at my house, I asked her about building a pergola and I was really impressed with the photos She showed me of her work. So we hired her company to build one for us. Everything was custom, and it was finished in 4 weeks! Amazing work to Annie and her team at Pro Outdoor Living!

I just had Pro Outdoor Living do some hardscaping work at my place, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They were on time, super easy to work with, and really knew their stuff. The team was awesome – friendly, professional, and just all-around great people.
