Initial work was done at a high level. Most has gone well since however follow up service has been extremely lacking or entirely ignored. Despite numerous attempts no call or service has been forthcoming.

GardenPlus performed a landscape update to my neighbor. This company doesn't care how they treat surrounding properties. They left piles of landscape debris along our wall. When I called to ask if they would remove, they argued that they did not have to. Also, when they did nothing to make sure that cement dust and other dirt from floating into the air which is required of them to do. If you want to use this company, please state to them that you are a caring neighbor spending lots of money to help your neighborhood and include in your contract that they promise to respect not only the property they are working on, but surrounding properties as well.

In my 60 plus years on this planet I have never been more satisfied with a company than GardenPlus. We had an outside kitchen built and at every stage were impressed. Stage one they created a CAD image of what it would look like in our back yard. This was extremely helpful as we brainstormed on what it would look like etc. Once the actual construction began every person we came into contact with were not only professional but very friendly. Every day the crew cleaned up before leaving and there were numerous times when they did a little more than expected which was well appreciated. We had received another bid for the job and it was actually a little more expensive and there was no customization; you just picked what you wanted from a brochure.
A competitive price with unbelievable workmanship is something I thought had gone extinct a long time ago and what a joy to see there is at least one company out there that still makes customers feel like they matter. I heartily endorse GardenPlus as they have no equal in their chosen field.

I had GardenPlus do a full tear out and redesign of my front and back yards. They removed 5 palm trees, a citrus tree and several other large plants. They tore out a hideous rock wall fountain the previous owners of my house had built. They leveled and graded my property, put down new pavers to replace my front walkway and into my side yard, and left a nice paver pad for my trash cans. They replaced all of the gravel to match my house and planted a new specimen tree in the front yard and easy to maintain plants in the front and back. They ran new irrigation with drip lines to each plant.

The guys that did the work were great. The work was done quickly and without issue. One of my neighbors stopped by to tell us how impressed he was with how clean they left everything every night.

Rene came by to give me an estimate and go over what we wanted, and it was obvious he was listening to us when we talked about what we wanted to do with the spaces. He worked with me on the estimate and helped figure out ways to replace certain items with alternatives to meet our budget.

I've had several neighbors compliment us on the new landscaping.

I would highly recommend GardenPlus.

GardenPlus Landscape and Pools completed a full redesign of our back yard and did an amazing job! We first met with their designer who visited our home several times to ensure we liked the designs and they made sense. We were doing our design in phases so they took the time to develop a full and phased plan. The crew carried out the work in record time and were always professional, clean and on time. They were always open to changes and made several recommendations that made a difference. The owner and project manager were very attentive and definitely cared about getting it right. We love our yard and highly recommend them!!!

Garden Plus met or exceeded all expectations. Skilled and well supervised crew. High value return. They do the design detail work without the nickeling and dime-ing.

I think the biggest compliment you can give a contractor is saying that you would use them and their services again in the future: I will go back to Garden Plus Landscape & Pools for any future needs. We have previous experiences to compare to and Garden Plus is the best. The attention to detail, organization, tidiness, foresight, follow through, communication - basically the entire process was wonderful.

GardenPlus installed new landscaping, artificial turf, and lighting in our yard. Crew was great! Rene spent a lot of time listening to what we wanted and delivered more! Liked them so much we hired them for our routine yard service. Highly recommend!

They design exceeded my expectations and the little added touches they included enhanced the final product and presentation. The Big boss always kept tight communication with us! The crew is super friendly and funny! They seem to have fun doing their job! They finished a day early! Not like the previous company (way late) I known there’s shortages in all materials that’s why Ed was honest from the very beginning, as a customer we truly appreciated honesty and fairness. The leader of the crew walked with me and my hubby for final walk to make sure we were 100% satisfied! Now that’s CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Lots of companies in the valley have loss this type or customer values so I’ll highly recommend them!

I love writing a review, when a company does outstanding work, accompanied by an outstanding crew! Working with Eddie, the owner, was so easy. He is very talented and knowledgeable about design and configuration. Eddie listened to what we wanted, and created a beautiful landscape design in both the front and backyard. I can assure you, this company can make your dream landscape vision become reality!

Rene and his company designed and installed the landscaping for our front yard as well as the back yard including a five-hole putting green for our newly purchased home. The end result was nothing short of stunning!! Rene was wonderful to work with...so personable, friendly, hardworking and honest....which is something hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Garden Plus Landscaping and Pools to anyone who is looking for a beautiful end result. We are certain we will be enjoying the beauty they created for many years to come.

I can't say enough about this company. I probably drove them crazy, changing the design 5 times. The designer worked with me back and forth. They never pressured me. When we were ready to start, the company took care of all the city permits. From the time the permits came in, a few weeks later they started the pool. They were here everyday. The owner Rene comes multiple times a week to check on everything. Gabriel the project manager was here daily. In 5 weeks, the pool was done! Luckily, we already had a fence from a neighbor, but they took care of all the inspections at each point. I've watched neighbors who used bigger companies and I've seen one crew come and then weeks later another come. With GardenPlus we had the same guys everyday and no waiting except when the shotcrete was done (you have to wait a few days for it to dry. ) They were professional, and you won't find better guys than Rene and Gabriel. They did everything including making a custom matching fireplace and putting green. I felt the price was very reasonable. They set up the pool app system for me, made sure our lights were on timers. And after the back was done and we had some rain, we noticed our tile started to sink due to the slope of our property. They came back and fixed it no problem! Our neighbors were so impressed, they hired them right after us!

Excellent service and attention. Vale and Daniel were so nice and professional at all times . I’m so glad I run into this company. I didn’t have to worry about a thing with them , before I had a question they were already supplying the answer and solution to my wants and needs. I’ll be calling for future projects!

Pro Outdoor Living did a fantastic job installing my backyard, and the finished product looks great. However, their communication leaves much to be desired. Reaching someone often required calling five or six times, and follow-up on a small additional project never happened — no returned calls or texts. While the quality of work is solid, the overall communication experience was frustrating and disappointing.
