From beginning to end the level of customer service is unlike anything! Michael, who recently sold the company has trained his team, motivated them to do well. Quote was exactly accurate timing as promised. And I couldn't be happier with my floors/counter/nightstands they polished up all the marble and none of it was that old it just looks like brand new well done team.

Stone Care of Arizona did an awesome job rejuvenating our travertine floors. They provided a professional estimate with many options and the crew that did the work was awesome. The floors look great and they made the grout look like new. We will use them every time in the future to keep these stone floors looking great. Thanks for the work!

Sonoran Waters handles the pool service and repairs for a number of rental properties that we manage, and they do a great job!

Where to start. First it took forever just to get someone out to our house to look at our project. Once we explained what we wanted our salesperson committed to turn around a design and quote within 3 weeks. Here we are almost 6 weeks later and we have yet to hear anything back. It’s not like our project is a small job. Our budget was $75K to $80K but willing to push it higher if our wants and design warranted. All our salesman talked about was all their projects that were soooo much bigger than ours. Completely made us feel like we were wasting their time! If you’re looking for a good, responsive and dependable company look elsewhere.

Having our pool and backyard designed, constructed & installed by Sonoran (Cody Howard) was a huge undertaking and investment shortly after our home was built in July 2022. We selected Sonorarn after much research and information on pool builders.
Communication, Quality, Cost, and Design were our top priorities when we choose Sonoran Water (Cody Howard).

Design: Actual Design process and end result of the [pool & yard] design went well. We did move on from Ryan, the initial design person for Cody, due to poor communication and follow up during the back end of the design process.

Communication: Cody & his lead onsite person (Johnny) was GREAT! They both were very helpful and knowledgeable about each phase of the process and were always willing to share their knowledge and experience with us as well as listening to any ideas or suggestions we had .

Construction: As with any big project the timeline for completion can get extended - which it did due to COVID & other challenges. With that being said Cody was excellent with having the construction phase go efficiently and as smoothly as possible. Changes were made, additional costs were unplanned and added- ALL with our approval and great communication and patience from Cody in making the additional cost payments.

Installation: Cody and his team was excellent with having a crew onsite for months once the install process started. This was a major part of the process that required our involvement as well as Cody/Johnny explaining everything that was happening, going to happen, and how things were going to look and fit together as a whole (pool and yard). They did a very very good job during this phase.

Quality: Cody was outstanding in this area of the project by sharing, recommending & communicating various options beyond our initial selection of all material and finishes. This was key to us feeling like our money was well spent and put on the items and areas that mattered most to us for the finished project. We relied upon and appreciated Cody's help, support and time spent with us onsite and many, many phone conversations.

Post Install: Cody has been OUTSTANDING with answering all questions (system, functionality & do overs as needed). We can reach out to Cody any time and appreciate his help and guidance from time to time. He helped guide us through pool maintenance service selection & other post install questions and concerns.

We would without any reservations recommend Sonoran Waters & Cody Howard to anyone as a preferred pool builder for your important home investment.

I had an excellent experience with Sonoran Waters Custom Pool & Spa. They were very accepting of my special request and even while the pool was in progress, they were accommodating to some changes. They have great designing ideas and we meshed their ideas with ours. I have had realtors in my house who have taken their phone number because they were so impressed with our pool. Last but not least, the cleaning system they designed is amazing. We never have to clean our pool. They put in just the right amount of cleaning bubblers to clean every corner of the pool. I highly recommend them.

I purchased my home November 2021 and Sonoran newly remodeled/resurfaced the pool less than 2 years before I purchased it. Within a month of owning the home a pool leak was discovered coming from the pool light, and skimmer throat seal. I contacted Sonoran Water Custom Pools and Spa and was told because I am a new owner that the warranty is not transferrable. I thought to myself okay that’s weird that they don’t stand behind their service. So I went ahead and spent over $1000 to drain the pool and fix the leaks. Additionally it was recommended that I fix the foundation bellow my pool pump because the pump was placed over unstable ground.
Now 5 months later another water leak is discovered. This time the tile is found to be cracked leading to the pool steps. Why is the pool that is newly resurfaced already having cracks in the tile and pebble tec? Both my leak detection professional and pool maintenance person were surprised that this is happening so soon after the pool was resurfaced. The only logical answer as to why is that the pool company didn’t fix all the problems under and around the pool before it was resurfaced.
I have reached out the Sonoran about these problems and haven’t received a call back. If they are a reputable pool company they should care about the quality of their work and stand behind their services. I am afraid what other leaks and cracks this pool will have in the future because in less than 6 months I have had 3 sources of leaks. I do not recommend anyone uses this company until they start taking responsability for the services they provide.

AriStone Travertine Cleaning, Sealing & Polishing did a fabulous job cleaning my tile floors. Albert was considerate, polite, arrived on time and worked very hard leaving my floors beautifully clean. I am very please and highly recommend this company.

Alex was fantastic. He explained everything to me regarding the cleaning & sealing of my tile floor. He was prompt, showed attention to detail, and answered all my questions. Cody was also extremely helpful as I didn't really know what was involved. I would give them 10 stars! I'll definitely be using them again!

They did a great job cleaning our Travertine floors. We had them also do some countertops and they look like new. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Would absolutely use them again.

Excellent...I reviewed the pre-project criteria, witnessed the cleaning and then application of multiple sprayings of Trident solution; the technical crew (Alex and Ty) were very professional and paid close attention to the project details. We have a home with travertine and no experience with cleaning that type of tile/stone. Albert was professional and kept me in the loop with our shower clean. A bonus: our dogs loved him too!!
