We had our travertine floors cleaned, repaired and polished by Stone Care of Arizona. The two technicians (Joe and Joshua) that did our floors were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure we would be happy with the end result. They worked tirelessly for two days and we are very pleased with the end result. They gave new life to our old, dull and dirty travertine!

HIRE THEM! Michael and his team earned every single piece of this five-star rating. Service was fantastic, pricing was fair, worksmanship was excellent. My expectations were exceeded, and that is really the reason for this review.

Stone Care of Arizona cleaned and applied a coating to our Saltillo tile floors. Josh and Mario did a fantastic job and were neat, courteous and professional. We had some issues with the grout (which was not included in the original scope of work) but Michael, the owner, came out two times to resolve them to our complete satisfaction -- he really went above and beyond. After 40+ years as the owner of a remodeling company, I appreciate this level of service which today is all too rare.

This is a 100% 1st class operation and it all starts with Leslie. I was so impressed with her friendly voice when she called after my online request for a quote. Right from the start Leslie was a true professional and made me feel like I would be in good hands - she just seemed happy and upbeat (a nice change that the world could use more of). Leslie was a true professional that any company would love to have representing them. A rare find… A gentleman named Michael came to our home to provide an estimate. Again, what a nice person, and honest. Our countertops are brand new and I wanted to have them polished to be at their best for the holidays. He told me that they didn’t need cleaning or polishing but that he’d be happy to come out again if I ever felt they were ready for service in the future. I really feel fortunate to have talked with Leslie and Michael. I know I’ll be well taken care of when I need them!

We used Stone Care of AZ to clean, hone and refinish our marble tile floor, as well as paint and seal the dingy grout. They exceeded our expectations. New limestone pool decking and courtyard patio were cloudy with excess sealer having been allowed to dry too much. Stone Care cleaned off the excess sealer, returning it to a natural state for sealer to be properly applied. Their rep was professional, polite and most importantly to me, had an attention to detail attitude! Work was completely timely and at a reasonable price point. Would recommend/use them again.

*** Have hired and unfortunately had to fire many tradesman in the area. Usually for failing/refusing to applying “best trade practice’s” or shoddy workmanship. Stone Care will be one of my stonework go-to’s.

I recently hired Stone Care of Arizona to restore my travertine floors, and I couldn’t be more impressed. My floors hadn’t been sealed or professionally cleaned in over 11 years — they looked dull, the grout was dirty, and they just needed serious TLC. The job included grout cleaning, stone polishing, buffing, and resealing. The results were incredible. My floors now look brand new — honestly, even better than when they were first installed.

From the start, the experience was top-notch. Michael, the owner, came out to give the estimate and I knew right away I would be hiring them. He was knowledgeable, patient, polite, and really listened to what I wanted. He gave me a very fair price and even offered to seal a bit of flagstone in my backyard at no extra charge.

Scheduling was fast and easy. His wife coordinated everything, and they were able to fit me in just three days after the estimate — which was perfect since I was heading out of town. The entire job was completed in one day.

The crew — Joshua, Pravion, and Terry — were professional, respectful, and meticulous. They prepped everything before starting, kept the house clean throughout, and paid close attention to every detail. Before sealing, they walked through the house with me to double-check that I was happy with every tile — that level of care really stood out.

Seamless process and great work. Needed to have travertine cleaned in our house and found this company doing an online search. They were great! Estimator, Michael, came as scheduled to see area, quote sent promptly and job scheduled. Communications received via text from Tyler were great. Joshua and Sal arrived on-time the day of the job, we reviewed the area and they started to work. This team worked well together and our travertine looks amazing!
