Greg Anderson and his team helped me with the remodel of my pool and backyard when I had a pool leak. I was impressed with the communication and personal attention as well as the design knowledge and the flexibility. I felt as though the work was being done by very experienced and knowledgeable people. The pool and landscaping turned out great! Would recommend highly!

Amber, who works in the office has been very helpful scheduling technicians to come when someone is home. She has been great to work with on issues that have come up with billing and pool repairs. Thanks Amber!

We have been using Aquaman Pools services for over 2 years and are very pleased. They come weekly to service the pool and are quick, quiet and efficient. They have done a number of repairs at reasonable costs with no long waits even having to drain, clean, and refill the pool. I highly recommend them.

From the very beginning, speaking with Laura who is very knowledgeable in the industry…all the way to the technicians who installed our new pump, Jason and Ryker…we are so pleased with this company and their services. In th future will only contact them for all our pool and hot tub needs.

My experience has been incredible with Aquamans weekly pool service. Starting all the way at the top from getting set up with Amber Cassady at the office all the way down to the service reps that clean the pool every week.

Sold me an 8000$ heater chiller, mentioned in passing that it needed a 60 amp electrical hookup, the guys who installed it didn’t say anything and left and when I called the company they would not take it back even though no water had gone through it. It has been sitting out there as a paperweight ever since. Also they will find things to charge you for seemingly monthly, like big things, this is where they make their money not the artificially low monthly cleaning rate.

I also had a technician come out to look at the carousel on the filter, said it was broken and needed to be replaced but refused to open it. I said what if a piece of salt is caught in there and that is? Still refused. Finally agreed to open it, lo and behold a big piece of salt, took it out, worked fine. Very slimy company to say the least

I contacted Aquaman for a broken pump motor. Within a few hours a tech was dispatched, he identified the issue, explained replacement options, and timeline. Tech was courteous, knowledgeable, and didn’t push any sales tactics. The install occurred a day later and the quality of work was great. Repiped pump side to filter with quality work. Programmed pump and called to make sure I didn’t have any questions.

I highly recommend them for any issues with pool pump.

Josh was extremely responsive, courteous and very knowledgable. A pleasure to work with this company. All that we have come in contac with thus far (install is a few days away) have been wonderful!

My tech Richard Coats is an amazing a pool tech, he is very efficient and he cares for my pool like it’s his own. I really like the way he takes great care of my pool.

I had a very bad experience with Aquaman Pools. They never responded to any emails I sent and I asked them multiple times to make changes on my account and they never bothered to fix . They made unauthorized maintenances and charged for those without consent.

The response below is upsetting. I asked for the same account change 6 times via email and phone call without change and I finally had to get upset and then the manager came on and was extremely condescending and dismissive. The kind tone of the email below will not match with reality :)

We have Aquaman Pools as our pool cleaning service. They have also replaced our pool pump and some other minor repairs. Their staff, from the office personnel to their technicians, are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them for your pool service needs.

I had some leaks - around the filter. Mostly PVC joints. The Aquaman team resolved the issues and identified a design flaw that was creating higher than desired back pressure. They redesigned some the PVC plumbing to correct the issue. They even labeled the system! Highly recommend them.

After having some challenges with other pool companies for over a year, I called up Aquaman and it was the best decision I have ever made with regard to pool maintenance. John was on the spot and followed up the next day to be sure the job was done right. would give 6 stars if i could! Awesome service !

Aquaman pool service is the best in town! James completed the final day of my service; including chemicals, testing and filter cleaning ~. Have been a customer for 2 years. We closed on our new house today. Upon the first visit (we were not present), Danny said all the equipment was completely broken and needed to be replaced for $4,600. Our pool inspection three weeks prior showed everything was fine. We panicked thinking everything was broken so we had a 3rd party look at the equipment and they said everything was working fine. Disgusting business practice to trick us into all new equipment with us not being present. Great job Danny for losing our business forever! Stay clear of these crooks!

I have had XPools and then Aquaman for many years. Their service has always been good. Today was another example. I called them today as my lights to my pool and spa didn’t work when I tried to turn them on last night. I called today and spoke to Josh…..he was outstanding. He stopped me and said, I can save you a $150 service call if you will walk down to the pool equipment and trouble shoot it with me. It took about 3 minutes and we fixed the problem. That was pretty awesome! Aquaman, Josh is a keeper!! Thank you Josh and Aquaman!

I was concerned my pool vacuum had not been working, my pool tech Jack looked into it right away and got it working like a breeze. He took the extra step to show me how he got it working so I’m educated in the future. Greatly appreciate him taking the time to do this and going the extra mile to help me learn. He does an amazing job keeping my pool and equipment looking and running great.

The service department helped us with an overfilled pool quickly and efficiently. Mike Szukala came out and fixed the leveler in easily, but also looked at my pool pump set up and pointed out some problems that my current pool guy didn't tell me about. Grateful for his help. Highly recommend.
