I travel off and on for work during the summer and often with very little notice. Keeping the pool clear can be a struggle. Aqua Blue has been great fitting my pool into their schedule and the water is perfect when I get home.

My pool is looking much better after Hal took over and his customer service has been excellent. He is reliable and shows up when he says he will. Excellent communication which is much appreciated.

Not a great company to have your pool maintained by. They'll do the absolute bare minimum while charging you the most they can. Their techs will hardly spend more than 10 min cleaning while ignoring basic maintenance issues. Steer clear of this place and go with literally anyone else.

Hal maintains our pool impeccably. He's reliable, dependable, detailed in servicing our pool. We enjoy seeing him weekly as he provides great service. We have recommended him to all our neighbors and friends.

These guys are super responsive and accommodating. Glad we made this choice. Hal was on site quickly and the service to follow was timely. Of course price was more than right We look forward to seeing them weekly for maintenance.

Peace of mind. We recently purchased a home in Scottsdale AZ. We have zero knowledge about pools. All of the associates at Aqua Blue Pools and Spas have been informative, courteous, dependable, thorough. They have been attentive to our many questions and needs as novice individuals in the pool arena. We are extremely pleased that we called on Aqua Blue Pools and Spas for our pool maintenance needs!

I would never use again. The service initially was fine but has deteriorated over time and is frankly awful now. We came home after a vacation to find our pool down by 5 inches, the negative edge basin was empty and the pool filler float was snapped in half and wedged into the valve so the pool would not overflow. Obviously, given how low the pool was, it was broken long before. My pump was never turned off and ran for X weeks while we were gone. I primed the pump and noticed that the basket was overflowing. We've been charged for cleaning our fountain and it's never done. This is one of the worst service experiences I've encountered and I've communicated on multiple occasions to give them another chance. No more. Buyer beware.

Great service, great staff. Really good working with them, they do really good job of explaining everything that's bring done in detail. Definitely recommend Aqua Blue. My pool was greet, and now it is clear and beautiful.

My pool had been left to fend for itself for a couple years. It was mostly empty but had a lot of gunk at the bottom of the deep end. Aqua Blue Pools tech - Mickey - came out and got it all vacuumed out. It took multiple visits to empty, refill, then balance chemicals, but my pool is sparkling blue again! My only complaint would be the lack of notice when the tech arrived. I expected a text or notice that they'd be there, but since the gate was open they came in and got to work. It worked out well, though as I was working from home during the time and could hear any knocks on the back door for questions. Beyond that, everything else, from contact to completion was superb!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! Knowledgeable employees, very prompt service, professional, and excellent results! My pool needed some work and Aqua Blue came out right away, found every issue and addressed it to me. Within a day they came out and got everything up and running better than it was! I have had several great experiences with Hal's pool service Aqua Blue Pools and Spas. As a real estate agent it is really important that I have a pool company I can trust, that will keep the pool sparkling clean and the equipment in good shape. Hal is not only affordable, he is dependable and does a great job every time.

I needed some minor grout repair on an all tile in ground spa that we have. Nick was very responsive to my call and made an appointment to come out to assess the needed work the next day. We scheduled the appointment for two days out and the work was completed as requested. Nick and his technicians showed up both days on time and called while in route to the house. The business office was also very professional and helpful when I first called.

Hal and his team have been great at what they do. They are flexible to the needs of your pool and advise what is best for it. Its been little over 4 months now but I have never had to worry about my pool and its maintenance ...... Hal & Team are awesome !

We've been through 3 pool services in last 6 months and began to accept poor service and low quality as the norm for this industry, then Aqua Blue came into our lives and we were blown away by their service and automated communicating before and after each service. My spa needed quite a bit a work and Hal promptly came out and did an excellent job. He charged a third of the price that I was quoted from two other pool/spa companies in the Scottsdale area. He was fantastic to work with and even came back a week later to do a follow up and make sure everything was working as expected for no charge. I wouldn't recommend looking anywhere else for spa or pool work.
