Extremely rude and terrible service highly unprofessional and unprofessional

I have not used this company, but based on the aggressive and volatile road rage I saw from one of their workers in one of their trucks, I would never welcome them in my home or business.

I can’t rave about this company enough! I’m an interior designer and have gone through too many electricians until I was lucky enough to find them. I use them on every project and they always do an amazing job. I’ve thrown many curve balls at them with very expensive lighting and they figure it out every time with beautiful results. I’m very picky and so are my clients but Brian and his team always pull it off, are super nice guys and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

They will tell you it is all free until they get into the building or setup a phone meeting for the primary sales rep to take over and then tell you it is not free.

Even though we paid EEP for LABOR and materials, they are refusing to pay the labor to replace the defective Falkor lighting fixtures after 11 months. It’s a VERY conditional warranty. Caveat Emptor.
