Wipliance took excellent care of upgrading our Control4 Home Automation and Security System. Jeff took great care of our indoor furnishings, while upgrading our equipment, screens etc! Elsie back in the Office took great care of us during this upgrade process!

Wipliance exceeded my expectations in our new home in Goodyear. I'm a home audio and home automation geek, so my "Phase 1" list was fairly extensive and the Wipliance team really hit the ball out of the park! Between Goodyear & my other home in Seattle, I've previously worked with 4 other home electronics integrators. The Wipliance team is superior to them all. In Goodyear, they trouble-shot and took over our builder's installation of power conditioning, home networking, security cameras, Ring doorbells, an Alarm.com system and a basic great room home theater system.

Then the fun started with an installation of Control4 home automation, multi-room audio with several rooms of ceiling speakers, 2 more large TVs, a Lutron lighting control system, electronic locks, an integration bridge to also control 9 ceiling fans, and a bunch of programming to make the home easier to monitor & control while we're not there.

With a project of this size and when "inheriting" a previous installer's work, some problems are bound to pop-up. The Wipliance team calmly & cheerfully problem-solved without making excuses and consulted with my wife and I whenever a problem required an adjustment to our plan. Jeff, Jack and Matt treated our new home very carefully, cleaned up well at the end of each day, and arrived on time the following day with smiles.

Elsie was always very helpful whenever I needed to ask a question of the Scottsdale office. And Lee Travis offered several creative ideas from an owner's perspective and helped his relatively new salesperson more clearly scope my requirements.

Another nice thing about Wipliance is that they are small enough to provide fair pricing without huge added margins to cover overhead, but at the same time large enough to have backup coverage from their other offices whenever Elsie wasn't available.

I am looking forward to implementing the next phase of my project with them!

Working with Wipliance to get our audio/visual needs met for our office was a breeze! Once everything was ordered Jared and his team came in and started working. They are VERY clean and organized during the visit. They laid down mats and used a vacuum to clean up any mess from the dry wall. They scheduled a follow up visit to ensure everything was working as planned. Great group to work with!

I started using this company for my Lutron 3 lighting system. Matt is incredibly punctual and very easy to work with. He really knows his stuff in programming scenes.
I think I'm going to give them a shot at taking over my Control 4 system. Looking forward in doing business with them again.

I booked an appointment for my Control4. Jeff showed up exactly on time. He was very professional and kind. He explained everything so that we could make the right decisions moving forward. He took the time to find us a new control box. Even went and picked it up and came back and installed it. Due to my schedule, he will be back to update it. But in the meantime we're very happy. We have our tv's and music back. I highly recommend this company.

Update: Jeff returned and updated our system. Very professional and knowledgeable of what he is doing. We asked a lot of questions and advice and he had answers for us. Wipliance should be gratefull to have such a loyal employee.

Horrible service, buyer beware, they will charge you more then they claim. He said it would be ninety dollars to fix my DirecTV and then charged me over 300 dollars. Because they did "some service" the credit card company won't help me. Total scam, I would suggest finding another company and avoiding this one at all costs.... or rather before it costs you (pun intended).

I needed emergency electrician services after a burning smell came from one of the outlets in my home. The technician arrived quickly and inspected the outlet and surrounding wiring. I'm not even a customer who is dealing with this excuse for a business, I had authorized a one time transaction. Unknown that the kept my card on their file and have been charging for past 3 months. The total has come up to around 370 and they refused to take my card of file knowing that I don't even have a interlock in my personal car and authorise the one time payment for a ex girlfriend and they have not returned the money that has been taken from my account but l because they need a different card on file and haven't gotten ahold of their customer.
