Our home was a lighting nightmare…part of the lights were wired in one room with other lighting from a different room. Kolby spent hours working it out and thoroughly explained the benefits of different lighting moods when I had no clue how to create the most efficient and lighting moods in a room. Highly recommend wipliance and asking for Kolby to be your working contact.

I Googled surround systems & TV & found Wipliance & so happy with the results! Rick was my main point of contact & he explained what needed & that it took two service men for this job. The service men were Javier & Nelson. They showed up with masks on, gloves & a smile!. The men were professional & answered all my questions & completed the job. I would give these men ten stars for working smart and getting the job done in a timely matter. I would re-hire them for my next job. Thank you Rick for explaining everything as I was hesitant at first because I did call around and get bids but again Rick answered the phone and I spoke to a live person & he made me feel comfortable hiring their company.

Nelson is who I always work with, and he is always willing to help any way he can! I have 2 homes in 2 states that are tricked out with Control4 appliances. I started using Wipliance services about a year ago with great satisfaction. They replaced Desert Valley AV and my local C4 system finally started working correctly and without continuous excuses. Javier has been my main technician and he’s timely, thinks out of the box, and codes once and I know it’s right. Wipliance is a great company that does what they promise without bleeding customers with unsightly or unexpected add-in costs. A real keeper!

True professionals that know what of the latest technology works best for you. After they install two TVs with sound bars in our new home, I looked at the back of each unit and was amazed at the care that was taken and the efficient use of equipment. You will never be disappointed with Wipliance!

We own a luxury 11-unit townhome-style community and Wipliance is our go-to for all things tech. Nelson activated our Nest cameras and he made sure we are 100% happy with the service. Brittani was excellent scheduling services. We are so pleased to work with them! It's hard to find a vendor these days who are "on it" and provide service this caliber. Highly recommend their services - they are organized and prompt.

I am impressed with Control4 and Wipliance! I have spent tons of $$$$ and had 3 home automation systems previously installed in my home and none were as reliable as Control 4. Wipliance is great! The techs were knowledgeable and reliable. They were able to get my audio, visual, lighting and security camera system installed in a very quick manner. Wipliance is the best home automation company in the valley. Lee, the owner is as nice as they come and super involved. Jarod and Nelson are super knowledgeable and easy to work with. We first used Wipliance 3 years ago to automate our new home. With past homes we have had MANY issues with companies promising big things and then not delivering. With other home automation companies nothing ever worked right or worked for very long. We would spend so much on service calls after the initial installation. With Wipliance we have never had an issue with things not working. We could not be happier with the work Wipliance did in our home. If you want the job done right and headache free Wipliance is the way to go.

Recently I had an entire home entertainment system installed by Wipliance and I am so happy I did. The end product is phenomenal. My wife and I use it everyday and have music in every room. The guys at Wipliance are true professionals and are experts at what they do. Both Jared and Nelson were exceptional. Another great thing about them is they are so punctual. If you schedule a 7:00am appointment they will be at your door a few minutes early. Truly a pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommended!

The amazing staff at Wipliance in Scottsdale took over our existing system from another vendor. They corrected programming problems and updated our system so we could use all aspects without us being very technical at all! Edgar, Jeff and Giovanni all were very patient with us and the result is wonderful. They are responsive, available and fairly priced. I recommend them highly!

Wipliance came highly recommended to my wife & I. We now understand why. Communication from Elsie was great from start to finish! The tech's, Jeff & Jack arrived on time & spent the next 7 hours installing our surround sound system, Control 4 audio, cable tv receiver, dvd player along with Apple TV. They were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend Wipliance for any job within their scope!

The service group from Wipliance is second to none. Edgar is very prompt in following up on any issues. The missing star is because there have been several issues. The landscape speakers have stopped working twice, however, Edgar to the rescue. The Control 4 program is a little clunky and not really intuitive. It works, but at times, you have to play around for a while to get things going. Making adjustments to the surround sound is cumbersome, but required because some inputs act different than others. Anyhow, we have indoor/outdoor sound system, security cameras and remote locks which all work, but not quite at 5 stars for my liking.
