Guy came out to diagnose my problem. Charged me $165 and never fixed a thing. Also left the panel off my fuse box for me to put back together. So $165 and got nothing.

This company has good employees/electricians. CJ and Andrew got my power back on in less than a hour. I'm glad I found them on Google. Will use again for sure.

Spoke with Frank on 6/12/24, he told me a "project manager" was suppose to call me back with a quote. Got nothing, called back and spoke with Tom who will be talking to Frank on 6/14/24, well, got nothing back after as well. It's been a week, where's the 5 star reviewed company that everyone's talking about? Busy? No problem, but let your customers know so they can decide to either wait for you or look elsewhere.

The job I was hoping to give to Frank was worth over $10k, but oh wells, his loss.

Frank was at my house in only a half hour after I called. No one else could come until the following week. He diligently fixed my problem and was extremely courteous. He also gave me a great price. I’ve had experience with many other electricans while I’ve been remodeling my house but I’ll definitely call Frank for my next project.

Frank is respectful, patient, and punctual in helping us with electrical problem at home. We wanted to install a new outlet in our bathroom. Franks was able to provide us with all available option that we can approach the problem while also making sure the solution is up to code. He patiently walked us through the process and answered all our question. He was on time to the appointment, and respond to all our message almost instantly. I recommend this company for future electrical project!

These guys are great. The work was stellar. They made a rats nest of wiring left by a previous electrician a work of art. There electricians were pleasant and on time. And even though the job took longer than they thought there was no additional charge. I highly recommend you give them a try

Called up AZ DC Electric on the recommendation of a friend when I was looking to have an EV Charger installed at my home. My first call to dispatch ended abruptly with dead air but they called me right back and got me over to Andrew that accommodated some travel I had planned and gave me an onsite estimate with a couple options.

Install happened two days later and things are working exactly how I was expecting. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend using AZ DC Electric again in the future.

Frank quoted and installed recessed lighting on our patio. He helped us figure out the type of lights we wanted, suggested some options, and reviewed our selection one more time before purchasing. He was flexible with installation dates, worked around our schedule, and then did a fantastic job installing the lights! He really knows his stuff and installed everything to code, and helped us plan for future projects to make sure we don’t overload our 1970s electric panel. He also did some troubleshooting with outlets and wires (again, our 50 year old home has its quirks) and everything works perfectly. He will be the first we call for an electrician in the future. Excellent customer service and communication.

Frank installed a Tesla charger for us, he was the lowest bid out of three bids, and did a fantastic job! It was not an easy job because our electrical panel was on the opposite side of our house. He communicated with us throughout the job and cleaned up after everything was installed. We highly recommend him and will be using him for other projects in the future!

I typically fix things myself, but in order to replace a main breaker aps has to disconnect the power. I choose AZ DC Electric to handle this project. They were very professional, dealt with all of my anticipated problems and charged me a reasonable price. When I need further work done, I would involve them first. Thanks AZ DC Electric and Andrew.

I would have given more than 5 stars if there was an option. Our store needed two electrical outlets and the initial discussion with Andrew was thought to be an easier job than when he arrived at the site. However, the company did the work at the original quote. We are very happy with the work Andrew did. He is knowledgeable, resourceful and very patient. He was careful to ensure that the added electrical does not cause any impact with the store's main function and did the extra work with a smiling face.

My wife and I bought a new dishwasher and after getting everything together, we found that the plug was right angle and not straight on. It wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t for the fact we also have a garbage disposal.

The top outlet was always hot and the bottom was tied to a switch. Because of that, we could not plug in our brand new dishwasher. This was a major bummer as our previous one died on us 6 months ago and we had to save to buy this new one. We needed help to swap the outlets so the top was on the switch and the bottom is hot.

Well, we were connected with Andrew and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I didn’t think the job would be difficult but I am not the most savvy when it comes to electrical repair outside of actual electronics. He walked me through what he was doing so I could follow along and understand myself. He did not treat my minor issue as something stupid nor did he treat me that way either (I had a lot of questions as I’m just a curious person). He was so patient and if I ever need help again, I will 100% reach out and ask for him. AZ DC is lucky to have him!!!

Oh, and we ran our first load of dishes in months and it was GLORIOUS! This is huge as we are a family of five with three young kids. So we were constantly hand washing dishes.

I found CJ who works for AZ DC Electric and he came out same day and gave me a quote, but then CJ got an idea to try to see if the power would come on. Whatever he did the power came on. As a 100% disabled veteran, I would like to thank AZ DC electric for installing my EV box in my garage. The installer, Victory, was kind, informative , and very professional and would not leave until I was satisfied and educated with not only his work but, with him education me on the process of getting my charging app up and running. Even to add icing to the cake, AZ DC beat every other competitor out there in pricing. Plus, they put a surge protector on my home to give me comfort with my EV charger as well as all my other electric outlets at the box. And get this, they will take care of me as long as I own that box as they guarantee their work to the highest level so even 5 years down the road of something goes wrong with their installation they will come out for free and fix it for free. Now, that is giving comfort. Also, the EV charger they installed (a Mercedes charger) I is extremely handy and if I plug in my care at night it is fully charged in the morning and that’s at around 30% and I believe the same would apply even if it was around 10%. It was the best investment I could have made plus no more electric charging stations for me around the valley! Thank you AZ DC Electric for being professional and persistent to honor your service. Outstanding emergency service.
Main breaker died on 30+ year old panel. AC DC hunted down replacement breaker based on pic I sent them and picked it up, arranged for APS to temporarily remove meter, they replaced main breaker, APS re- energized and we had power back- all within about 3 hours. Highly recommend AC DC.

They arrived promptly at 8:00am and then started to work. They finished about 3:00 in afternoon. They cleaned after they finished up with their work. They worked very quickly.

They gave me the best price out of 6 companies I got quote from for ceiling fans installation. Good communication, they answered all the questions and explained everything throughout the project.
