I just spoke with Terry regarding a Square D panel and some circuit breaker questions. I am sure they receive a lot of calls like this from homeowners needing help and knowledge, . Have had nothing but bad experiences here. Google says they are open until 5 pm mon-fri but what they don't tell you is the staff is to incompetent to update the schedule. By the way they close at 3 pm on Fridays I happened to arrive at 310 as someone was walking out and they couldn't help me. Got to love false advertising.
Edit- Wasted an hour of drive time and gas and will not be coming back. How can I trust a business with thousands of dollars worth of equipment if they can't even be bothered to update their hours.
