Had an electrical problem yesterday made a call to ignite electric. They were able to squeeze me in this morning at seven which I found amazing. Lloyd, the tech was fantastic knowledgeable, and fast if I have any more issues electrically I’m calling these guys.

Had my electrical panel that was initially installed in 1990s replaced by Lloyd Ferguson. He was very professional, everything was clean and no drywall repair was needed. I definitely recommend Ignite Electric. Thank you for everything!

My experience with Ignite Electric was outstanding. Alfonso was the electrician that was assigned to our home electrical repair and outlet addition. He was very professional, friendly, prompt, informative, offered a fair price for his service. When he completed the service and was creating my invoice, I climbed on the ladder to move a light and he said to me, "let me do that, I don't like my customers on a ladder when I'm available." I'm 72 years of age and I seem to have after thoughts after a project. Alfonzo extended a courtesy to assist me even after the job was completed. In addition, September (office mgr.) was helpful on providing me with friendly assistance with timely scheduling with follow-up. I will definitely use IGNITE ELECTRIC again. Thank you!

Today I called for an appointment and the lady over the phone was so helpful. She was able to get someone out to my house today. Travis was very knowledgeable, he was quick at seeing what the issue was. I had two other people tell me that is was the electrical box outside and when Travis tested each on the power line, it work just fine. Travis was able to test out each outlet. He was fast and knew what the problem was. he was very reliable and highly recommended the company and most of Travis. Such amazing customer service and definitely use them again.

A five star experience from the very beginning. I found Ignite on Google and reached out to them via phone and unfortunately they missed my call, however I received a follow up text within minutes. This was a Friday and they were able to provide an on site estimate the following Monday. After review we were able to schedule services the same week. The technicians were prompt, professional, and mindful of our home. Lloyd and Paul provided excellent services while arriving on time and completing the job on time as well. Their communication and responsiveness was excellent, highly recommend.

Out of nowhere, my living room lights flickered and the outlets stopped working. I called an electrician, and within 45 minutes, he was assessing the situation. He quickly identified the issue with the wiring and explained everything clearly. Watching him work efficiently was reassuring; he truly knew his stuff.
