I called to ask to look at our breaker, but he could not get to my house by the time I needed it fixed so I had to call someone else. He then got mad and hung up on me. The electrician that did come out found a huge issue with my electrical wiring and it looks like we are going to have to rewire the house, so I let them go and told them to give a bid. I then called Apollo back to ask for if he could submit a bid but he cut me off before I could say anything and told me I'd have to call someone faster, then he just hung up on me.

I called these guys after needing recessed lighting installed. The appointment was scheduled promptly and when they arrived they worked quickly. The work they did looks great and I've been getting compliments since. A very professional company that I will be calling again.

We called Matt to fix an outlet in our house. He asked to use our bathroom then said he needed to go get some supplies. He never returned and all my wives Jewelry is now missing form the bathroom. Police report has been filed,

We experienced a brown out last night. Called APS this morning, they came out promptly and confirmed I needed an electrician. I haven’t had the best luck in the past with electricians and didn’t have any I knew to call. So I went on Yelp and started reading reviews. Long story shorter I called and left a message with Matt at Apollo. He texted me back soon thereafter and was at my house shortly after that-I was stunned. He assessed the situation, told me what I needed, had to pick up a part and was back fixing the problem quickly. He had my house up and running in 1.5hrs. I cannot believe that this kind of service still exists. His fee was very reasonable-he could have overcharged me-it’s Phx in July-but he didn’t. I am having him come back to fix my other smaller electrical issues. Thank you Matt, honestly! You were a pleasant surprise.

Matt and his crew installed an EV charger for us. They showed up on time, did the job promptly, cleanly, charged exactly what he quoted.

On the surface, Matt is friendly and prompt with his response and quote. The price was good and the work on the panel was approved by the city. The following is a list of where Apollo falls short; first appointment cancelled due to worker illness, ceiling drywall damaged when running accessory building line to rear of house (was fixed, however), line to rear of house was misplaced (went to middle of house instead of rear as shown on the architect drawings), started to make it my problem then became clearly irritated when I pressed for correction, since the worker that ran the line to rear was on the heavier side, even the owner himself mentioned concern with him crawling up in the ceiling to bring the line to the proper place. When I asked the owner to do it himself to avoid more mishap...he declined and sent out the same worker. Owner did not call or show up for the repair on the day he said he would, when they did make the switch/correction they left a hole in my house for a few days until we had to followed up. It was clear the owner wasn't interested in speaking with me, so we had to message the employee directly. The hole was repaired but not properly sealed, also the worker stood on the supplied paint bucket (instead of a ladder) and broke bucket and paint spilled for us to clean up. Matt, the owner, failed to follow up with me on my request for more work on detached backyard accessory building as mentioned from the beginning with supplied architect plans. It was clear Matt was irritated with me (the customer) when I was the one dealing with all of the misfortunes. Things happen, but the poor attitude and lack of communication were disappointing. I spent over $4,500 with Apollo and would have spent at least that much for the next project, but apparently they lost interest in our business. Now I need to find another electrician to complete our needs. Had I known this was the method for handling issues and outcome, I would not have used this company.

We used Matt from Apollo Electric almost a year ago with wonderful results wiring in some 240 receptacles. We have a small warehouse and we were using them for CNCs and Power tools. I called him today because I was hoping he could make it in to help set up a higher amp breaker, he remembered who we were but sadly was busy for the day. I picked his braid for a few minutes and figured out how to do it on my own! So much great help from him with his initial installation as well as a follow up call almost a year later. Outstanding service and clean quality work at a reasonable price. Matt was at my house in less than 45 minutes after speaking with me on the phone this morning. He was able to schedule the work to be done the same day. A few hours later my problems are solved and I'm very happy. I will not hesitate to call them in the future with any electrical work I need done.

Apollo was our electrical contactor on a 3 building, 3 story, 150 unit multifamily project built in 1985. The scope included replacing 88 panels, pulling new service on to new distribution panels and new service each panel, reworking SES for new switches and remodel work of the leasing space. With a rework of this magnitude there are going to be challenges, surprises and set backs. Apollo meet those challenges with a partnership perspective, brought solutions, patience and fairness. I have the utmost confidence Apollo.
