After replacing my main panel we had a full house backup generator installed. AZ Backup Power was professional, timely, and completed the project on time and within budget. The workers were knowledable and represented both the company and Generac, the manufacturer, with skill, knowledge, and professionalism. From consultation to installation, Arizona Backup Power Company exhibited professionalism and profound knowledge. I was hesitant at first, but they dispelled all my worries. Now, with my new generator, I'm confident during storm seasons. They have also performed the main APS electric panel upgrade from 200A to 400A and Arizona Backup Power handled all the paperwork, all the engineering, permitting, and all work and necessary electrical work to make all of this happen. It was all seamless and professional work.

Arizona Backup Power installed a Generac generator that can power our entire house (including all three air conditioners in the hottest days of summer). I thought the generator might be needed due to a potential total grid failure. Although that has not occurred yet, we have had two outages in our neighborhood due to bad storms. All but two houses in our neighborhood were dark all night, our house and a neighbor who also has a Generac. What a blessing to have this equipment!
