Subsequent visits have always been pleasant, even when I was being corrected for my obvious mistakes. Michael Bonville has always been responsive, volunteering to come over and help reestablish my internet connection. Michael is both knowledgeable and personable and I value his insights (and great stories).

Outstanding! Purchased a Generac whole house auto-transfer backup generator and selected AZ Backup Power as my dealer. They’re very easy to work with and very professional. My installation and first annual servicing were performed by a retired Generac employee who all but wrote the book on the model I purchased. Maybe he did that too! Needless to say, I feel my system is in good hands with AZ Backup Power!

Awesome company! So glad we found these guys. Michael is a pro who is clearly passionate about what he does. They will be my go-to company for all my Generac needs moving forward. In a world of so many mediocre at best service providers, it's wonderful to find someone who truly is a craftsman. They aren't the cheapest but they are the best. When you invest thousands in a generator to keep you powered up if the crap hits the fan, why would you skimp on the maintenance?

Mike is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and did not rush in the slightest. His well trained ear and years of experience with this product picked up a very subtle problem that we can easily address under warranty. He really helped me understand the entire maintenance process. This is important to me since one day this generator might be running my entire home for an extended period of time. I'm so glad that I've chosen Arizona Backup Power to do my annual maintenance.

This electrician did a great job. They put up new lights in the ceiling and did a great job with the wiring. The technician was very professional. Good service.
