They recently remodeled our master bathroom and did an A+ job. We had some major issues with other projects from other companies and we wish we used Home Nice for everything. Great communication and very fast, high quality work. They accepted our project quickly and we love the work they did!!! Highly recommend.

Sam and his crew were timely, efficient and finished the project on-time, as priced and the work was professionally done. Sam, himself, did all of the design which looks terrific on paper and in reality. I couldn't be more pleased.

Sam B came out and spent time understanding my project (I sent many photos and discussed at length my ideas) , so I thought, and then ghosted me. After multiple inquiries, he replied he was waiting on a glass door quote but after that there was NO communication, no explanation and obviously no project estimate. This is an unprofessional business that wastes your time with no results. Don’t bother.

We loved Sam from the moment we met. He was recommended by the high-end kitchen designer, and we were not disappointed.

Upbeat, personable, caring, always on time, accessible, flexible, open minded and professional; these traits are rarely applicable to contractors, especially in a such combination.

Our project was rather complex, entire reconfiguration of the kitchen, changes to the laundry and the living room. It included everything: framing, drywall, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, flooring in addition to fully custom cabinets installation. Sam handled it all.

Sam cared a lot on what we thought. He was always open to ideas to make changes, and guided us whether what we wanted was going to produce results we expected. We ended up making some changes, and decided against others with Sam‘s help; we absolutely glad that we had such opportunities and support, which lead to the outcome we really loved.

We used Sam and his team at Home Nice Remodeling for updating our kitchen, secondary bath, tile flooring throughout much of the house, widening openings in walls and painting the interior of the home. Sam's team and his business partners (sub-contractors) where a pleasure to work with. Sam's team did a "bang-up job" on the demo and other items they were tasked with. Contractors for the most part showed up when they said they would and if they were delayed on another job they would let us know ahead of time and give us a new date. The electrical, plumbing, cabinet, and countertop fabricator/installer all get an A+ and did very professional work! The flooring tile installers only get a C+; we were installing large format tile and there were a few issues, however Sam made sure thing were made right and we ended up with satisfactory installation that we're happy with. They did an excellent job on installing the kitchen backsplash.

We looked at a lot of cabinets and Sam recommended Kemper and we are very happy we chose these! The design is great, they are working well, the installation went smoothly and there were no issues with color (which seems to be an issue on reviews of other products.) His team did a fine job on the design and made so good suggestions on under and in cabinet lighting.

Throughout the project Sam was as honest as one could hope for with a home remodeling contractor. We had a few change orders but nothing outside of what we would of expected; some of it due to additions we made. If any issues came up they were taken care of quickly without any arguments. We would certainly consider using Home Nice Remodeling if we have projects in the future!

Sam and Home Nice Remodeling have been fantastic to work with during our North Central Phoenix whole home remodeling 2023-2024 and added projects in 2025. Sam is very open and honest about what to expect and what he can do. We appreciated him meeting us in person to walk our home, take 3D pictures/model and meet with subcontractors to help in the design and construction process. At the start of demo, we met Sam onsite to meet and see all the subcontractors meeting together to go over the plans, make notes, ask questions - it was amazing to see the level of commitment to the project from Sam, his team, and all of his subcontractors. As well, Sam worked directly with our architect on multiple occasions for areas that needed slight changes once walls & ceilings were opened. We opened walls, put in a large beam for open concept kitchen/living/dining, converted outside porch into new interior entry, gorgeous shower/bath enclosure, plumbing & electrical ready for later glass wine enclosure, added half bath, re-configured 2 bedrooms and en suite bathrooms and more. Sam is very dedicated to his projects, confident in his work, and the work of his team of subcontractors. All of his team shows up when they say they are going to and get the work done with quality and kindness. Sam is also kind and trustworthy and does the right thing for your home. Because of this and the outstanding work on our home, he is also our friend. We are so glad we found Sam and Home Nice Remodeling for our home remodeling. We would recommend 100%.

H4U, Helene and Chris, remodeled our master bathroom and moved walls for a new master closet space. The job went very smoothly, including a slight pause for a delayed vanity. Their team was very professional and did a wonderful job. They were very responsive to our questions and the few changes that we requested along the way. We then hired them to replace a tile floor in our sunroom. Once again, they delivered! We love Chris and Helene, and highly recommend them!

The H4U Construction team was amazing! They listened to what I wanted and the quote was specific and correct. Helene is great with all the paperwork and Chris has great ideas. Every worker was wonderful and very good at their job. They did 2 bathrooms and a hallway and it is beautiful! We have recommended them to a number of friends and they have been pleased as well.

We hired H4U construction to add two bathrooms in our house along with the repositioning of our HVAC system to raise our ceiling height . We are very pleased having worked with them for several months. Chris is as nice as you can get. He is very responsive knowledgeable and professional and so is his wife. The whole permit process and inspections with the city went seamless. We are now left with two beautiful bathrooms which we will enjoy for years to come.
