Terrible experience! Zero communication, would not work with the insurance company, pretty much ghosted me. I had to go to another company to get the renovation done, which was tricky mid claim.
I would not recommend this company. I’m surprised they have any good reviews.

We had a flood in One of our bathrooms in our home. Our insurance sent out Patterson homes and the project manager, Ryan was assigned to our insurance claim. Ryan was great clear and concise about what needed to be done and he was very compassionate for my mom which has medical needs. I highly recommend Patterson homes and I especially recommend Ryan for any type of projects that you may have, great customer service ,great communicator and just a pleasure to have him and Patterson homes do our repair in our house and to build a new walk-in shower and bathroom. Highly recommended for any home projects, thank you Ryan !!!!!

Beautiful work! Wonderful professionalism, and detailed work. A shout out to Oscar as he made sure the rest of the job was finished so I could get my bathroom back. He was professional and kind and very detailed in his work. also wanna give a shout out to Arturo, who also had come one day to do some work and was very professional. . Highly recommended!!

Steve and his team are top notch. They have helped us with several fire damage projects and always preform beyond expectations.

Did a great job on my remodel but decided to yell and scream at me when I was busy and couldn’t meet him last minute and bid a few jobs for me and was a little high and told me he has to mark up the job 30 percent or he doesn’t make money. I don’t care about that the numbers just didn’t work on this. Hope he takes care of people and doesn’t do that in the future.

I have worked with Allen Construction on half a dozen medium to large scale projects over the last year and a half and have found him to be extremely professional and always delivers a superior product. I will continue to use him on future projects! AAA+++

Steve and his crew took on our project in Sedona (maybe I shouldn't advertise that! haha) since nobody in our area was able to tackle it for us at a reasonable price. We were very fortunate to find Steve as the work he did was top notch - gave me a detailed bid up front and stuck to it. Even threw in a couple little extras since "we are already in there".

And after the project was completed and I had paid in full, he even came back up one afternoon to address some minor issues as he was definitely wanting to make sure we were satisfied. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Steve and his company as they do great work and have integrity. Thanks Steve!

Steve remodeled our new house built in 1976. He had great ideas to open up the floor plan and added all the warm touches and conviniences that I was looking for. It was a challenge to stay within my budget but we did, and I'm very happy with the results! Thanks!

Steven and his crew converted our garage to a rec room, added a 3 car garage and an 800 square foot covered patio. Excellent job on all and the patio was tricky requiring arched trusses and steel beams placed with a crane. Steven is rare in that putting his name on a job means something to him. If anything is not right he will fix it, very good value would definitely use again.

Steve and his team delivered a spectacular Master Bathroom and Powder room remodel. There was intricate plumbing work to devise a powder room off the side of the master bath in a different room....and the results are fantastic. The project took about 2 weeks longer than expected, but the finished product was worth the wait.

Steve added an extension to my existing patio. The finished product was outstanding. The patio loooks like it was part of the original build. Moreover, he was in constant communication throughout the process and finished the project timely. He took the deposit and did not request a dime for any changes we made until the project was completed. That is an attribute of an excellent contractor. I highly recommend him for any job.

Steven Allen and his team did a fantastic job remodeling our outdated home in McCormick Ranch! They were on-time, helped us many times with design questions, and were simply a pleasure to work with. Steven is honest, reliable and hard-working, not to mention that he is on-site all the time and does a lot of the work himself. He is also a master carpenter, and crafted a beautiful fireplace mantel for us - one that we have always dreamed about having!
