Hello, I would give 10 stars if I could. The work was very professional and done with care. They listened to all my concerns and offered suggestions that led me in the right direction. Our project manager, Phil, is very knowledgeable and has been in the business for years. He will put you at ease during your remodel. The workers, Jesse, Francisco, and Julio, took pride in their work, and the work was outstanding. They cleaned up everything every day after they were done. I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Arizona Construction and Renovation. They basically transformed my entire house. Everything regarding the company went well and according to plan. There were no surprises and they ensured I was happy with the results. All the staff/crews were very nice to deal with. I highly recommend them!

5/5 Stars – They Saved My Sanity and Gave Me My Dream Kitchen!

After three long, frustrating months without a functional kitchen thanks to an absolutely awful previous contractor who my insurance had to fire. My insurance company contacted me to let. me know they would be sending a different company. They sent out AZ Construction & Renovation, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better team to come to the rescue.

From the very first meeting, Tony and his crew were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring about getting things right. They listened to what I wanted, offered smart suggestions without pushing, and then delivered beyond my expectations. The kitchen remodel and tile work turned out stunning—beautiful craftsmanship, perfect attention to detail, and everything finished with such quality that it feels like a whole new space.

What stood out most was how efficient and respectful the team was. They kept the worksite clean every single day, communicated clearly about progress, and worked quickly to get my kitchen back in action without cutting any corners. Tony's leadership made the whole process smooth and stress-free—he's knowledgeable, approachable, and truly committed to customer satisfaction.

I worked with Robert and he was very honest and fair. He also did good work and has great customer service. I would recommend him for remodels or almost any of your construction needs. Great experience.

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

Rob at Project Construction LLC has done a lot of high quality work for our real estate investment company here in Scottsdale. Before we met rob we had a few contractor nightmares but am happy to say that those are over and would highly recommend him for your job.

Robert designed a carport conversion to a master suite for us. He was very easy to collaborate with and happily accommodated our many change requests. The final drawings were thorough and easily passed through the Scottsdale permitting process.

Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

We sincerely recommend Project Construction LLC for any home project. We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. The level of professionalism and expertise was exactly what we enjoy working with. We hope to be working with him again soon.

Rob and his team were excellent! I've used contractors in the past before and have experienced nothing but issues with communicating, adhering to a timeline, and frivolous charges. Rob was very responsive on the phone and great at walking me through the entire process before and during construction.

Last year we had Project LLC enclose our carport to a single car garage, rebuild the bump out on the front of our house, replace the wood on our house with Hardy cement fiber board siding, and finish the inside of our laundry room. They did an excellent job. We are incredibly pleased with the results and have gotten several compliments from our neighbors. Robert’s estimate was very close to the actual cost, and he saved us money when he could (getting a better price on materials). He also was remarkably close to his estimated delivery date. We did change or add a few things along the way and Robert was great to work with to add these in.
Robert, Tom, and Brandon did all the work on the house. They were extremely easy to work with and the quality was excellent, and we appreciated the attention to detail. Another testament to the quality of work was when the city inspector would come by to check the construction at critical points. The inspector’s visits were quick, and the work passed on the first visit.
We will use Robert and Project LLC again in the future.

Not many.

I've personally seen him have his tile sub contractors remove some tile to "get it right." Here, the Butler Casita shows the beauty of those joints.

It isn't just tile—everything must line up and look "clean and crisp." Notice the glass doors, cabinetry & general installation?

Patterson Homes remodeled our master bathroom. The work was performed with a high level of quality. All the workmen were competent, careful and clean. Chelsea was the project manager and met with us numerous times and moved things along. She helped us select tile and fixtures as well as the overall design. She would always return our calls and came out to see how the project was going. Overall, we are very happy with how this project came out.

While shopping for home remodeling companies for the repair of my home due to shoddy home building from Mattamy Home's sub contractors (a drainage pipe had not been installed correctly, and no this is not a wear and tear situation, this is a new build, my neighbors also had the same issue). I stumbled upon Patterson Homes through Yelp reviews. Of the five companies I was having provide estimates. Spencer stood out way above the rest, not only was his estimate fair, but it actually seemed like he cared. Looking at the five estimates Patterson Homes' was just in the middle, not insanely high at $25k nor low at $8k. I appreciated the itemized costs on the initial estimate as this provided clarity as to what was being charged for what cost, instead of some that gave me a total cost with breakdown. When measuring the home for these estimates Spencer was quick and professional about this. I clearly remember one of the five contractors coming in with grid paper and pencil and drawing out the layout and taking a tape measure! Prior to the hire for the job, I had a different restoration service provide demolition services and I had requested that a path be created with plastic painter's tarp. Of the five estimator only Spencer from Patterson Homes stayed on the path and did not tread into my unaffected carpeted areas. This showed that he was respectful and understood that I cared about the cleanliness of my home. Secondly, Spencer was very responsive to phone calls when I had any inquiries about the status of the work orders or materials to arrive. The sub contractors that work with Spencer were also fantastic to work with, thank you Oscar and Miguel for fixing all the little things. I would totally recommend Patterson Homes LLC if you are in need of home restoration services, they go above and beyond and won't charge you the cost of a down payment.
