Patterson Homes and our project manager, Jon, did an incredible job. We had an extensive amount of water damage from a dishwasher leak that required an entire kitchen renovation and first floor tile. Jon was so good about always making sure I was happy. If I was unhappy with something, he had it fixed the next day. He accommodated some plans we had and always made me feel comfortable with the whole process. My home now looks twice as good as it did before the damage. If you need any kind of renovation or construction work, I highly recommend calling Jon. I have worked with a couple GC companies in the past and Patterson Homes was above and beyond anyone else!

After experiencing some water damage due to a water tank burst in my home, I was referred to Patterson Home to handle the reconstruction. My wife and I had many concerns after having much of our Craftsman style home water damaged. Parts of our boarders and walls having been cut out on one side of the house into the garage. Eddie from Patterson reached out to me and also connected with our insurance Co., then assigned a Project Mgr., Ralph who met with me prior to enlisting his construction worker Rigo who did the actual repairs. The work was to perfection! From beginning to end Patterson Home's did a wonderful job in restoring our home and working with our Ins, Co. I would highly recommend this company! My experience with Patterson Homes was amazing! Bradley was awesome with his communication, timelines and he was extremely helpful as we navigated our repairs. Their workers were always cheerful and ready to answer any questions and did a great job on the drywall repair, tile installation and painting. I will definitely use Patterson Homes for any future work done in my household.

Jake and his team were wonderful at a time when we needed a lot of guidance after my daughter’s condo fire. They were very professional and thorough. My daughter is back in her home and it’s beautiful. Jake kept in contact with us the whole time and kept us updated with progress.

Working with Bradley was a pleasure. Patterson was recommended to me to do the rebuild portion of my laundry room from the water mitigation expert. After the plumbing issue was fixed Patterson worked easily with my insurance company to get the job done. They communicated well, always had a professional but relaxed tone and interactions, were available via phone or text, and were thorough to ensure my satisfaction. When the job was complete Bradley and I walked the repair together to ensure that we both agreed it was a job well done or they would have remedied whatever wasn’t up to snuff. I’d recommend Patterson if you want a straight forward experience with no guessing games.

Patterson Homes was recommended to me by the restoration company I used for a sink link that caused some damage to surrounding areas. They took care of all the repairs in a timely manner and worked with my insurance through the whole process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing home repairs and would certainly use them again in the future.

We had a pipe burst in my building that caused major damage to flooring, walls and equipment. Working with Jake W and his amazing crew, we were able to navigate the 18 months of back and forths from the insurance company and still not have to close the business for any time. From the painters, plumbers, construction guys and flooring guys the work was absolutely top notch. I would recommend this crew to anyone!!

Patterson owned the rebuild of my garage after a fire. The work they did was excellent- they worked very quickly and made it look nicer than it did before the fire! There was a point during the process where their Project Manager was not responsive, however the issue was dealt with swiftly and they replaced the Project Manager quickly and things kept moving. I appreciated the effort they made to ensure the service level was kept high. I would recommend Patterson if you have a similar job and again I appreciate the work done to make my home whole again.

I highly suggest both Chance and his company Patterson Remodeling. My wife and I felt that everything was taken care of and the results are spectacular. The communication and suggestions put them ahead of the competition.

Paying to remodel a bathroom is a leap of faith and we are glad we chose Patterson Remodeling. Every step was full of support and the finished product is better than we had hoped for!

These guys are good. Talked to Winter over the phone yesterday and he had Jordan and Kaleb over to our house today to put our bathroom back together after a pipe leak.

My experience with Patterson Homes was incredibly disappointing and extremely unpleasant. A project quoted 3 weeks took 4 months due to delays with Patterson Homes. The total amount of days the project was untouched was about 4 weeks worth. On top of time lost for the build out, the cost of the project ended up at $15,000 over the initial bid due to items not included and the incompetence of the person assigned to the project, Chelsea.

Seeing all of the great reviews for this company is disheartening as I realize my project was assigned to someone completely unqualified to manage the work, their interior designer Chelsea, whom has little to no knowledge on construction. The blatant disregard from Chelsea, Patterson Homes, and specifically Ryan, the owner was unacceptable.

After the first two days of work on site the following 2 weeks of the project the site was left untouched. After those 2 weeks I was made aware the framing was done incorrectly simply because they “forgot what site they were on”. As issues similar continued I had contacted the owner of Patterson Homes directly, and his only resolution was to speak with Chelsea and ensure things would improve moving forward... which they did not. They only got worse, MUCH worse.

After speaking with some of the workers on site about my issues with Chelsea they too admitted their disappointment and not to my surprise their disgust. They had made me aware of her tendencies to over charge for simple work like paint or demo. Chelsea is known amongst the construction workers to double if not triple cost of work and place that onto their customers, which yes is obviously disgusting, but not only that dishonest. It doesn’t stop there, throughout the entirety of the project Chelsea maybe stopped by to check the work being done a handful of times, this type of neglect cost me time and money. Upon bringing this issue up to the workers on site this too was of no surprise as other customers of Patterson Homes had expressed similar frustrations to them. I have attached images to this review of some of the mistakes made due to her failure to tend to the project.

Coming close to the last 2 weeks of the project Chelsea was nowhere to be found. Prior to the end I had asked for an itemized bid for the additional amount owed. Chelsea decided to send me this bid the day the check was owed 5 minutes prior to her arrival leaving me unable to thoroughly break down the bid. On top of that she did not do a thorough walk through. Further neglecting me as a customer even down to the very last day.

If you scroll down a review by Daryl Chavez you’ll see he too had a similar experience. Patterson Homes is money hungry, disorganized and the least helpful company to go through for projects you’re looking to have done correctly and efficiently. Take your business elsewhere.

Update: 11/17 it has now been 3 weeks since the project has finished and I have yet to receive an unconditional lien release. I have spent the past 7 days contacting Chelsea, and Ryan for this paperwork. Patterson Homes has now twice incorrectly submitted a conditional lien release claiming I have yet to pay the $40,000 for the project. After calling Ryan, the owner, I was laughed at for requesting this to be done right immediately as “he has a life outside of work” and that “it is the weekend and he is unable to provide that to me until HIS earliest convenience.” Thankfully he did comfort me letting me know that this issue was “an easy fix” and could “easily be taught to his team at their next team meeting”... clearly the issue wasn’t easy enough for them as I am still waiting on a response and paperwork. Upon plenty of back and forth the call was ended with Ryan laughing at my frustration.

Now not only is this company money hungry, careless, and incompetent, but also disrespectful. I expect more from an owner of a company. It’s a shame Ryan and Patterson Homes handle themselves with such arrogance and recklessness.

I am absolutely thrilled with the work performed by Patterson Homes! After dealing with the stress of water damage, their team came in and completely transformed the affected areas. They expertly handled the drywall repair, seamlessly patching and preparing the surfaces.
The painting work they did was equally impressive. The lines are clean, the coverage is perfect, and you would never know there was ever any water damage. The crew was professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work. They were also very considerate of my home, keeping the work areas tidy and minimizing disruption.
Patterson Homes made a difficult situation much easier to bear. Their skill in both drywall repair and painting is top-notch, and their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident. I highly recommend Patterson Homes for any post-water damage repairs – they truly deliver five-star results!

Contractor Gibran Acosta was very professional and did a great job with explaining what was going to happen from start to finish with the bathroom remodel.
He always informed us when someone was going to be at the house. He was always there for us if we had questions or concerns.

Patterson homes gutted my house then ran off with the money my Insurance company (State.Farm) paid. I’ve contacted several of Patterson homes reps Gee, Dawn and Warren with no luck in getting my home completed.

Fransisco has been wonderful! He's always gotten back to me same day and walk me through dealing with insurance company. That alone is worth working with him. Seamless and amazing experience working with him.

Ryan and Hector of Patterson Homes saved me when I had no idea what to do. I came home from a nice trip to Mexico to find my bathroom and bedroom flooded. They were able to help me right away and walked me through each step. Excellent communication of what was going on and helping me deal with my insurance claim. They will forever be contacted in case I need any help with home issues. I can not tell them enough on how much I appreciate their service!

I couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by Patterson. I worked with Roger specifically. We are a busy cancer center and scheduling was hard as we could not interrupt patient appointments, they worked with us and were so flexible on the hours and time frames we needed. The work was done when they said it was going to be done. The only slight issue we had was a few glue spots that came up from the flooring that was not dry yet, however they came out right away to correct the issue. I have and will always recommend this company!

We would highly recommend Patterson Homes & Remodeling to anyone planning a remodeling project! We worked with Dean Alonzo to replace tile in several areas of our home, and completely remodel our master bathroom—he was fantastic. From the time he came and gave us a quote, we knew we wanted to work with him. Jorge and his tile crew were meticulous and created a huge curbless walk-in shower on a post tension slab that is the foundation of our home. All the tile work is stunning and even when we asked for a modification everything was done with a smile. Carlos fabricated quartz countertops that are beautiful and create a luxurious spa like room. Jessie is a phenomenal carpenter and he can guide you with new and creative ideas. Kyle installed all our plumbing fixtures and left the work space in wonderful condition. Dean kept us informed everyday of what to expect, no surprises and our project was completed on time. Every one of the individuals involved in our project was polite, friendly and was committed to the delivery of satisfaction to us as the homeowner. Communication, follow-through and quality of all the work was beyond our expectations. We are very happy with our outcome and thank Patterson Homes & Remodeling for doing such a wonderful job.
