Writing this review anonymously because this pool company is dangerous and I do not want to have anything to do with them after their visit to my house. After their visit to my home I looked up reviews and read their responses to 1 star customers and you can see they have no accountability. Very unprofessional and rude. Stay far away from Pool Butlers!!!

Josh is the best! He diagnosed the problem based on pictures but came out to confirm. Super easy fix and very reasonable. I saw a few bad reviews, but they seemed to have unrealistic expectations. So happy I ignored them and called. Will definitely hire again!
