Pool Butler has been Servicing my pool for years. They show up each week, the pool always looks great and if there are any issues, someone is at my house quickly to resolve it. I would highly recommend Pool Butler of Arizona!!😊

We rented a TurnKey VRBO and the pool was a nightmare. Called this company and the owner Josh answered the phone. He had a full day planned but jumped in his truck and showed up in 20 minutes to clean our pool. This guy is awesome!! Saved the day!

Pool Butler is dedicated to quality pool care. The efficiency of doing the job right the first time is key! When a repair is needed, Pool Butler just handles it and deals with the details later. Most leave first and have to return another time. Scheduling, Maintenance, and immediate repairs make all the difference in having clean sparkly pools year round!

Josh is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He helped me with a pool project and went above and beyond to make sure it was the best quality but also taking the time to ensure that I understood why he does everything that he does. Highly recommended.

Our pool pump motor stopped and I couldn't get it to turn on. I called Pool Butler and he said that they could come the following day. He called back 5 minutes later and said that one of his guys was close by and was running ahead of schedule and could come right away. He had it working easily in about 10 minutes . There was a simple fix involving liter blocking the impeller. Great, fast polite service. This is my go to pool company.

We arrived at a Turnkey vacation rental on Thursday with a filthy pool that was promised to be cleaned on Thursday. Turnkey was unable and unwilling to arrange a pool cleaning. Friday morning. When Turnkey still could not figure out how to get it cleaned after we had lost a third of our vacation we found the Pool Butler of Arizona to clean the pool. Josh was so understanding and drove straight to the house and completed a perfect clean up job. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Top notch service! Owners a super nice guy, and knowledgeable, would highly recommend! The last company we hired, I won't name names, were terrible... luckily the Pool Butler was the first company we called after that and haven't looked back now for over 2 years.

The worst pool service ever. I have a home that I rent out, as I am not physically present I had people over who complained that the pool was filthy looking and had a horrible amount of silt on the top. I hired another professional as I was skeptical why the pool is looking so dirty constantly. Come to find out that the pool man is spending maybe 10 minutes at my home and ruining my salt water pool by only maintaining the chemicals in the water with chlorine pods. My salt water pool should be reading at a level 3 and is currently reading at level 30. When I tried to get clarification on when the pool man actually services the pool, Josh the owner, became completely unprofessional and said that he can’t have his customers micromanaging his schedule. Do not trust this business if you aren’t watching your property like a hawk. They are incredibly deceitful and inappropriately handle clients when conflict arises.

NOTE ON THE OWNER: after discontinuing service with this company, Josh the owner, reached out to me to personally insult and harass me over text message. He obviously becomes extremely combative when anyone wants to part ways or have difference of opinion. I tried to part ways amicably after not coming to an agreement with him when I stated my concerns. The distorted "story" below is horribly inaccurate to the disorganized experience I had with you especially and Omar. One experience I called to ask what day of the week they actually come since I do not physically occupy my property. I was first told Monday, then Monday rolls around and no one showed. I called again and Josh said he made a mistake and it's either Thursday or Friday but couldn't tell me because the screen of his phone is broken. This was a typical type of answer I kept getting from Josh when I would correspond with him. Disorganized and unprofessional.

Josh and his team over at Pool Butler of Arizona are amazing!! Not only did they correct the prior pool cleaning company mess up, they are always there when they say to clean, brush, check and correct the chemicals. Our pool water never looked this clean and refreshing until Pool Butler of Arizona came out. I highly recommend Pool Butler of Arizona . 100% fully trust in them as I am a picky customer and with them I can enjoy the pool without any worries! Thank you Pool Butler of Arizona!!!!!

Pool Buddy was very responsive to my concerns to start with. He stopped by to look at my pool while I was at work and saw it was an easy “fix”, completed 1 of the tasks, called me with the other. He was informative and extremely helpful with my issues. My pool cleared up by later that afternoon and is now ready to use for the summer! Thank you, and I would definitely recommend Pool Buddy to anyone and will call again!

The owner, Josh, was amazing! He dropped what he was doing to come to our VRBO to clean our pool because the management company is not clean the pool before we arrived. We called and he immediately said he would come to help us out - he was there within 20 minutes. I have used Pool Buttler AZ twice for waterline tile cleaning and extremely happy both times. Josh is very easy to work with and just an all around nice guy. We have used Josh with Pool Butler for over 20 years for weekly servicing and repair of our equipment. We recently had to have our pool drained and the tile cleaned. He did a excellent job. I would highly recommend him if you have pool needs. When it comes to repairing equipment, he definitely knows his business. He is very conscientious and handles any issues in a timely manner.

I have never hired this company and I never would. There was a white male driving in a pickup truck behind me, harassing me on 83rd ave. He was millimeters away from my bumper at a red light and followed me and continued to ride this closely for several lights and made rude gestures from his window. Absolutely disgusting behavior and to be doing so in your company vehicle. how embarrassing.

Terribly ran company, stay away! The owner Josh is generally rude, unpleasant, disorganized, carries an attitude and is disrespectful. They “serviced” our pool for about 6 months and sent only one bill due to the lack of organization. We had multiple weeks with different techs showing up twice in the same week because they didn’t know the other was coming. As we have dogs, this was troublesome and we requested that they come on the same day of the week each week. Josh acted like it was asking to move heaven and earth and frequently made comments about us being difficult. Had to call them back multiple times because the pool was green just a couple of days after a tech had been there.
While Cody the tech who service the pool the last couple of months was always pleasant and nice (only reason they got any stars at all) , the owner Josh is the exact opposite. Surprising that they are able to stay in business with this guys level of disfunction and disorganization. If he hadn’t waited 6 months to send a bill we would have fired them long ago, maybe that is his trick to keep customers?
There are a ton of other pool service companies in the valley that are professional and do the job they are tasked with. Head my advice and hire them.

Awesome experience! Great guy and phenomenal work. My pool had that terrible crusty hard water line. Not anymore! Looks brand new. This company is the real deal. Don’t waste your time looking around.
