My pool. The salt and calcium was so high. But the amazing thing was the disappearance of the white, calcium and salt buildup around the edges of the pool.

Had my pool treated a week or so ago, the difference in the water is remarkable, it is so clear and feels so much better to swim in, it's like spring water! Josh is passionate about his job and very knowledgeable about water chemistry, in addition to being professional and prompt.

We were able to squeeze in to schedule reverse osmosis for our pool with Pool Osmosis in the busy time before the summer, which was a wonderful convenience. Josh did a pool recycling on our pool water last week and it was immediately clearer. He treated the pool on Friday and then came back Monday to do the recycling - it took all day Monday to complete the process. His communication from start to finish was great. I love recycling the water and not having to drain and refill, saving us time and money!

Super service from Josh! Our pool CYA numbers were very high, but we didn’t want to drain the pool and waste water. Josh arrived early in the morning (just like he said) and the process was complete by early afternoon. Since we care for our pool ourselves he gave us a lot of good advice to keep it in shape. Good experience & refreshed pool! I was unfamiliar with pool osmosis when we were told by our pool maintenance company that the CYA in our pool was too high. We explored alternatives to draining our pool and found that Josh was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We had a lot of tedious questions. He was patient, easy to schedule and on time. The pool looks and feels great and the whole process only took a few hours.

Super pleased with Pool Osmosis and Josh! I have a saltwater pool and the salt level was over 5000ppm. Josh came out, evaluated my pool and taught me way more than I ever wanted to know about water chemistry. We scheduled for him to come out, he was punctual, cleaned up everything and now my pool is as good as new. No wasting water and didn’t need to drain my pool! This is something we’ll need to do whenever needed and Pool Osmosis is who we will be calling! Thank you Josh!!

Was VERY impressed with Josh and the pool osmosis system. What a GENIUS idea- save on water and refresh your pool water. I honestly had never heard of it before, but a great alternative to emptying your pool every few years. Josh arrived the day and time we arranged and within one day our pool water was looking so much better. So happy we didn't have to drain our entire pool!
